With the Rockets losing and the Heat off to a frustrating start would it be wise for the Rockets to start executing a short rebuilding plan, and start giving there young players like Hill and Smith some good experience, while also aqcuiring Chris Bosh an effective primary option.

    Houston Recieves Chris Bosh

Miami Recieves Luis Scola, Kyle Lowry, and Brad Miller

That may seem to be too much for Chris the way hes playing now but lets not forget he was a yearly 23 and 11 player in a system that fit his skills much better. The trade would definitely be alot better for the Heat. Do you think something along that lines would be a fair swap, and good for both teams?

Miami isnt gonna trade Bosh though.  They still think they will hit their stride and become the dominant force everyone thought they’d be.  Its a good trade mechanically, but not realistic.

Miami is not going to make moves unless this season turns out to be a complete disaster. Give them time to mesh first. What if 10 games from now Bosh starts averaging 25 points per game?

25 points is a little much haha but your exactly right.  If say 45 or 50 games in they still are floating around .500, changes might be made.  Right now….nah

I actually posted the exact same trade here:

I said either Scola, Miller, Lowry

    or

    Battier, Miller, Lowry

If the HEAT send Bosh to Houston they better be getting Scola back. Scola is an absolute stud and solid role player. I was never a big fan of Bosh but he is a good player and people just expected great things out of it. If the HEAT can get Scola, Lowry, and maybe Hill or Budinger I think you almost have to do it

Anybody who thinks Miami would win more games with Chris Bosh complementing James and Wade, then they would win with Lowry, Scola and Miller complementing them is crazy. I was not suggesting the trade would happen, I was suggesting it would be a nice course of action for both sides. Lowry is one of the best defensive PG’s in the league, Scola is extremely effiecint and would be more than happy doing the garbage work Bosh struggles to do, and Miller is a nice veteran C, who has great positioning, can stretch the floor to 3, and moves the ball well.
