jdubsram-13ParticipantWith everyone else’s stock rising from UNC why is he still a mid-late 1st rounder? I wouldve thought his stock wouldve risen just as much.

joelar24ParticipantHe still has no potential, he won’t do anything in the NBA. I am wondering why he would ever be drafted in the first round, he will suck so bad.

WälseParticipanti dont see him really having any impact in the NBA. he’s already old for his class. his potential is pretty much maxed out already. i’m thinking Madsen+.

Bfresh2DeathParticipantim no big psycho t fan I think that’s laughable but he easily got the best post moves in college and he is top 5 post player in college with average athleticism he has a grea moter great fundamentals and will turn out to b an average to good pro who will end up averaging 13 and 7 in a cpl years….everyone knows he not the greatest but at the very least he will be a long time nba vetern plug player or 6 man….at the very least….and at best brad miller….and brad miller is a hella of a player who is underrated….fyi he way doper than kevin love…

WälseParticipantBrad Miller is 7′, great passer, nice shot, and an all around solid player. Psycho T is closer to 6’8 with short arms. he does not have great post moves. i disagree completely with that. i’ve alway seen him as a guy who uses just his strength in the post, rather than superior footwork. who’s he gonna guard? his motor, however, is top notch, like you said. but he’s not even close to as skilled as Kevin Love and I dont even like Kevin Love. i see him as the 10-12 man on an NBA roster.

canesboy6ParticipantI know its easy to compare him to other white post players, but I think he will be just as good as Udonis Haslem, if not better, in a Similar Role. Ive seen both of them live several times and Tyler looks a little bigger, certainly not any smaller. Haslem has been a very solid pro, as an undersized 4 who will play tough d, rebound, and stick his open looks. Hansbrough isn’t a bad athlete at all, and is pretty versatile I’d say. I’ve seen him succesfully guard the 3-5 position many times. I think he is an underated athlete, he is more goofy than slow and he has above average ups for anybody who has watched him, he regular gets above the rim alley oops and putbacks. He will go where he belongs, mid to late twenties. I dont think he is any worse a prospect than DeJuan Blair, better in my opinion, and he is certainly better than Heytvelt, Taj Gibson, and Jeff Adrian, who look like the early second round bigs right now. He is alot of fun to hate on I must admit, but the truth is I like the prosepcts of the most prolific scorer in ACC history who also will have a reputation as mostly a hustler and Defender? That sounds like a solid prospect to me for the late first round. The other thing is lets see how he measures before we rag on his size. he is at least 6’8 and I think will come out to about 6’9 and change with shoes, which is an average hieght for the 4 position, and he has a very solid build. He improved a ton this year, not statistically but if you watch, he is more comfortable with the ball on the perimiter now, shooting, dribbling, facing up the basket, and he never is in foul trouble despite his intensity. He is also A CHAMPION. I hope the spurs cavs or lakers get him.

dtmfrParticipantGoran Suton is better than Hansbrough and he still isn’t in the mock draft yet.

KATASTROPHEParticipantGoran Suton is better than Hansbrough HAHAHAHA!!!!!! Hansbrough gets disrespected alot he was the ACC ALL TIME LEADING SCORER!!!! Suton isnt in a mock draft becasue he is a very limted player he can shoot (but he is just a spot up shooter), his post up game is non existent, He is a decent rebounder in the Big Ten but name the bigs in the Big Ten this year. I do believe he is a good post defender (but I dont think he could guard NBA bigs) Suton is a waste of a pick!!!!

Da1potParticipanthe is a waste of a pick too, No one spends their first round pick on a garbage time player. I don’t care how weak the draft is. All he does is just bully people with his strength. he will NOT be able to dp that in the nba.

Ed Davis is the FutureParticipantHe’ll stick in the league because he will become a knock down mid-range jump shooter, and a good pick and pop guy.
Needless to say, his post move arsenal of barelling into people and throwing up a ridiculous shoulder level fling toward the bucket probably will not work at the next level – and he won’t get nearly the number of calls he got in college, though the constant travelling won’t be an issue in the league. To his credit, he appears to have added a turn around jumper where he turns over his right shoulder that might work at the next level. He got pretty good lift on that shot.
Weak defender, the flopping will not work at the next level.
Plus, he’s a mouthbreather.

ilike.panochasParticipantAre you going to defend Shammond Williams and Joe Forte also?
It’s easy to do the “I told you so”.
