Hand injury from block attempt?

Has a player ever injured his hand to the point they had to leave the game from attempting to block an opposing players dunk. in such way that the blockers hand is caught up in between the rim and the force that the dunk is coming thru.

For example, a player tried blocking this and their hand getting sandwiched by the rim and Lebron beast dunk.

That's why nobody tries to

That's why nobody tries to block that.

I remember a few years ago, Chris Andersen blocked Lamar Odom's dunk and his fingers seemed sandwiched between the ball and rim, he didn't get injured.

I remember an NBA player (I forget who) spraining a finger a few years ago on a situation like that. I'm sure it happens every once in a while, although typically players don't try to block shots they know they are that far away from getting.

Caron Butler broke his hand a few years ago when he was with the Wizards, but that's because he slammed it really hard on the backboard after he attempted to block a shot.
