The Greek Adetokounbo Brothers 6-9 PG Ioannis, and 6-7 SF Thanasis
Oh ok, then Thanasis can come over.
&$#%#&@! I didn't know that, no way he can come over now.
I am not sure if Thanasis was born in Nigeria or not. He might just have documents because his parents lived there.
I could not be sure until the Greek Basketball Federation releases their info. But I know that Ioannis has already played with the Greek junior teams. I'm not sure about Thanasis, but he probably has also. If not, he should be doing so soon.
But I can't find where they list their birth place though in the Greek Basketballl Federation.
Anyway, even if Thanasis had been raised in Greece, he is immune to the racism. So is Ioannis, even if he had been born in Greece. They are obviously IMMUNE to the NBA racism.
So you can stop with your stupid little jokes.
Immune to racism?!?! Immune to racism?!?! No one from Greece is immune to the racist mind of the all powerful Mr. Stern. Dude I was playing some pick up ball at a gym up in Greece on one of my many travels accross the world looking for the best ballers, some dude hit a 3 pointer and he wasnt even on a nba mock. Trust me I checked like 50 different sites later that night and couldnt find him. If thats not racist then idk what is.
I know they are black, but still they are from Greece. I know what you mean though about the nba only wanting black players and I cant blame them. Black players are the best! It &$#%#&@! me off that all these white players have managed to sneak in undetected.
The NBA is racist against any players that are not black. You have to be retarded to even attempt to deny that.
The Adetokounbo brothers are black, so no one in the NBA will care that they have Greek blood in them. Just like no one in USA or NBA looks at Schortsanitis the same way they look at Bourousis.
If you don't like it being said how it is, then piss off. You are just denying what you and every single other person here knows is true, even if you lie about it endlessly. You don't fool anyone.
So just drop the bull&$#%#&@! please.
glad to hear they are immune to the racism i would love to see the next magic johnson play in the nba
Ioannis is not like Magic Johnson. If I had to compare to an American NBA player..........more like less athletic version of Kevin Durant, with better ball handling.
I'm not saying he is that good, just saying he is more that kind of player. Basically, like if Kevin Durant played point forward, that is what comes to mind.
The way your describing the younger one maybe he should be the top picks in 2014 instead of wiggins or parker...A point forward with a kevin durant jumper? wow
Just- SHUT UP!

they do look NBA itresting
Just letting you know that the Adetokunbo brothers are Nigerians, and we will be making all efforts to get them to play for the Senior Nigerian team, they should play for Nigeria as Nigeria is better than Greece, I bet you dont even know the meaning of Adetokunbo.
They were raised in Greece and already played with our youth programs. They speak Greek and live in Greece and consider themselves Greek. They are not playing for Nigeria.
In fact, Ioannis is already playing in the young national team.
You know, if EuroButt$#^$&er wasn't such a douche I'd consider this an enlightening post. Both look like legit prospects. The younger looks more skilled than the older brother but the older brother has a hell of a first step. At least they have the skin color to succeed in the NBA. Their blackness is good enough to overcome their Greek-ness.
Mental note taken.
if the kid is 6'9 right now at 17 he will probably fill out to be a 7 footer... and wont be playing pg..
I ...... endorse that!!!!!!!!!!
I love how every foreign prospect that dribbles more than once in a game is considered a point guard, I remember Zydrunas Ilgauskas being listed as a point guard at age 17 when he was 7'0".
No Greeks in the nba, come on now we've already been over this. Don't care if the are not actually Greek, they have the culture and are unequals because of it.

I posted here already about the Greek Adetokounbo brothers and no one responded.
Anyway, about them:
Ioannis Adetokounbu is a 17 year old 6'9" tall point guard. He has a 7'3" wingspan.
Ioannis' older brother, Thanasis Adetokounbo, is a 19 year old 6'7" small forward.
Both of them are very talented players and are definite NBA prospects.
Thanasis is a super freak athletically, and he is a great defender. He is also a good ball handler and shooter. He is a great shot blocker.
Ioannis is a great ball handler and shooter for his size. I have heard reports that actually he is more like 6'10".
They currently play in the Greek second division with the club Filathlitikos.
