Are 3-0 with Gordon in the starting lineup including wins over Dallas, Spurs and Houston.
Lets hope he can stay healthy.....their lineup looks pretty decent
Vasquez, Gordon, Lopez, Aminu and Davis. Plus they have Rivers, Ryan Anderson and a lotto pick coming up
All 3 wins within their division. Impressive.
Gordon hasn't played many games for the Hornets yet but their winning % with him in the lineup more then doubles versus when he sits... which is astonishing.
Gordon makes a big difference when he's one the floor (despite the fact he's still getting his legs underneath him), but Vasquez deserves his credit. He can ball. Today's win was a team effort. Roger Mason was lights out lol. Jason Smith was also huge.
They're also defending really well. The Rockets, a very good offensive team, scored 14 and 10 points in the 2nd and 4th quarters. Monty Williams deserves credit.
They compliment each other very nicely on offense and could develop into a very solid defensive team
Maybe improvement has happened with decrease in Rivers' minutes....in last 5 games he is 3-22 from the field and 1-6 from the line....Gordon is picking up the slack
They won 4 in a row before losing to the Knicks. Today they are blowing away the 76ers for 5 wins in 6 games...
Vasquez is impressing me more and more every game. He played Holiday close to a draw tonight.
Gordon is slowly but surely getting his legs back. He had a very good game tonight, despite some sloppy ball handling late in the game. Let's see if the Hornets play him tomorrow, since it's the second game of a back to back.
Even though Davis wasn't on the floor during crunch time (Smith and Anderson were), I thought he played well early on. He was active and was knocking down the jump shot.
You have to give Monty Williams credit... This team really defends hard.
The Hornets are now 8-4 in their last 12 games
Let's see what they do tonight versus the Lakers in LA.
I wouldn't be surprised if they beat the Lakers lol.
