Lotto StudParticipantI respect his opinion. Crash is such a humble laid back individual, who does not rub me the wrong way at all.

TRC1991ParticipantWhat you consider laid back and humble, I consider grumpy

Meditated StatesParticipantGuys pick and choose to play with each other instead of carrying their teams with their game. Imagine Magic and Bird choosing to pick a team to play on together to win a title. Those guys wanted to beat the best not team up. Its just a weak era.

celtics1982ParticipantHow many all stars played on those Lakers and Celtics teams? They were both loaded!

rileymcshea3ParticipantExactly. Magic played with Kareem. LeBron played with Wade, I’d rather play with the all time leading scorer instead of a injury prone player. Bird and Magic were the two best players in the era. Last time I checked the two best players right now are Durant and LeBron. I’ve yet to hear a rumor of those two playing together.

drpg913ParticipantWhy does everybody bring this up like its a valid point. It’s not the same thing. Magic was drafted by the Lakers, Bird was drafted by the Celtics. Kareem was already there. Magic Also won titles without Kareem and was the best player on that team. Lebron leaving cleveland and going to Miami isn’t the same thing as Bird and Magic playing with other Hall of Famers who were either already there or drafted by there teams.
