    According to NBA.com, Chicago and Milwaukee looks like a nice rivalry of the future, so that being said, I got to thinking, What inter-conference teams wouild make good future rivalries:

    Here are a few for my Thunder and why:
    -OKC vs SAC (played some tough and gritty games against each other last year)
    -OKC vs MEM (always a good matchup of good, young teams)
    -OKC vs POR (a game that could go either way anytime)
    Or:
    -CHI vs WAS (Rose vs Wall)
    -ORL vs NYK (STAT vs Dwight)

    What are some more good future rivalries?

    Utah and Chicago- D.Will vs D.Rose then the Boozer, Korver and Brewer deals that brought them to Chicago plus we al remember the Jordan-Pippen vs Malone-Stockton battles

    Oklahoma City and Memphis- Durant/Wetbrook/Harden/Green/Ibaka/Aldrich/Maynor/Sefolosha vs Gay/Mayo/Gasol/Henry/Thabeet/Vasquez the future of the West

    heat n nyk rivalry wud be back
    wade lbj bosh vs cp3 melo amare
    how great wud those games be

    i cud see heat nd chicago goin at it in playoffs for a few year

    chi town wont be scared of them

    LA and okc maybe
    if they meet more in the playoffs
    they had a tough gritty series this year wud be great to see more of kobe n company vs westbrook nd durant

    to me rivalries are made in playoffs not the regular season

    That 140-139 OT game was the best game of last year IMO, when Durant scored 45 and DWill had 42, and Durant was infamously hacked on a three at the buzzer in overtime but wasn’t called. They’re in the same division and they’re both relatively young. I could see some bad blood brewing there.

    If the Knicks get Melo & Parker/Paul, after every time they play the Heat, all six of those guys would be high fiving, hugging, and probably all grab dinner together after the game and dream about playing on the same team the next time they become free agents.
