I woke up early this morning in a sweaty mess because I thought of a nightmare situation for 1 NBA team. There is one scenario that has not really been talked about amongst NBA fans or experts: LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Joe Johnson, Carlos Boozer, Amare Stoudemire, David Lee and Chris Bosh all shockingly re-sign with their respective teams. The aforementioned players decide that the anticipation has just been too much for them to handle and they all re-sign. The Miami Heat catch wind of the news and after the shock wears off, they look at their roster and realize they then have only 4 players under contract: Michael Beasley, Mario Chalmers, Dwyane Wade, and Joel Anthony. Pat Riley finds himself weeping at night and the organization is so devastated they forget to sign a 5th player before the season starts. Erik Spoelstra suits up and drops 9 points on opening night.

But in all seriousness, has anyone else pondered the possibility of the stars all making this out to be a huge deal and then stunning the world by resigning with their teams?

    thoughts?

ya i thought about it and while i dont think everyone resigns i certainly dont think everyone signs elsewhere. i think bosh will be the biggest name leaving and will end up in miami or chicago. joe johnson has a good chance of leaving i think for new york or chicago. everyone else i think ends up back to their old teams. those players are lebron, d wade, paul pierce, dirk, amare, rudy gay.

Johnson leaves FORSURE, Atlanta hates him.
    Bosh leaves forsure.

After that, it’s all a blur.
