Dazzling Dunks and Basketball BloopersParticipantShould be one of the more interesting contests in recent years. My guess is curry gets it because Durant won last year but it was Durant’s game 3 performance that really broke Cleveland’s back.
Who deserves to win and who will and why?

OhCanada-ParticipantLebron James is the finals MVP. That Warriors team is so stacked its not even fair.

Dazzling Dunks and Basketball BloopersParticipantIf it were a close series maybe, but not in a sweep

IndianaBasketballParticipantI think KD gets it. A triple double tonight. Steph was horrible game 3.

Reptilian MonkParticipantReal competive Nba. Thanks Kd for being the 2nd best plyer in the league and joining a 73 win team. Seeing him celebrate yelling back to back makes me sick

IndianaBasketballParticipantI’m tired of people whining about KD. The Rockets took the Warriors to 7 games. IF CP3 wasn’t inured, who knows what happens.
The Warriors can be challenged.

SubZeroParticipantNot without injuries, they can’t be. If they really wanted to, they could probably win the next 5

220ParticipantKD got finals MVP, but I was hoping Steph would get it. Oh well.

IndianaBasketballParticipantI wanted Steph to get it as well, but I genuinely feel he could care less. Such a humble superstar.

OhCanada-ParticipantThis seems so fake. As a fan of basketball Ive never been so ashamed of the sport. The NBA actually made this possible when they increased the salary cap last CBA and created a threshold that bad teams had to pass which made teams spend big money on role players. Parity is gone and superstar teams have been made possible. Its gonna be a long time before we get a player as good as Lebron James to enter the league as well.

whiteflashParticipantIt’ll be more competitive next year.

Reptilian MonkParticipantNow the Lebron broken hand punching a wall after game 1 story, wearing a brace to the post game conference. Wow this is too much

nath09ParticipantIt’s like Leron joining the HEAT never happened. They were three of the top 10 in the league the season before, and then grabbed Ray Allen.

220ParticipantRay Allen wasn’t nearly as good as Kevin Durant when he joined Miami. I think Allen’s Celtic teammates and Boston fans were the only ones upset about him joining Miami.

CynthiaParticipantLet’s be real here. As good as Miami’s team was it has nothing on the Warriors. You could say Lebron/Durant are a wash, then it goes down hill from there quick. Curry is much better than Wade, especially at that point in his career. Then there’s Bosh…while he was good in Toronto he notoriously sucked on the Heat, Bosh would be a 6th or 7th man on this Warriors team. Then are you seriously going to try and justify an almost 40 year old Allen makes up for Thompson, Green & Iggy?
I’m so sick of people trying to justify the Warriors with the Heat, it’s not even remotely close.

whiteflashParticipantThis is silly. James conspired with two other top 15 players in their primes to stack the deck in his favor to win championships. Bosh didn’t "suck", he had to completely change his game to accommodate James, just like Love has done. The Warriors did all of this through drafting well, embracing their system, and integrating another great player instead of forcing him to adapt to them. People should stop hating and applaud their unselfishness.

IndianaBasketballParticipantIt’s definitely silly. The bitterness and saltiness is unreal.
While the situations aren’t identical between the Heat and Warriors, the goal was EXACTLY the damn same. The Heat stacked their team with two superstars and one all-star, and tried to win "not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4, not 5 . . ." championships. No other team in the East had a chance against that damn team. The Pacers, pushed them, but was always one star too short.
The Warriors have had some luck (Curry’s contract due to ankle issues and the cap going up the summer of 2016), but they’ve just done it better than the Heat. They’ve done it better in every single way. Not only that, they play a brand of offensive basketball that maximizes the abilities of their players, NOT makes them have to sacrifice.

holefillers1ParticipantSo it’s settled, Lebron signs with the Sixers then they trade for Kawhi.. So next year it will be KD, Steph, Klay and Draymond vs LeBron, Embiid, Kawhi and Ben with a race to see who gets the best vets to sign at the exceptions…can Lebron make it to the Finals 12 years in a row?
0 - Posted on: Sat, 06/09/2018 - 6:59am #1119030
RUDEBOY-ParticipantWarriors fans say it’s JR Smith. lol. And I agree Especially after learning that Lebron seriously injured his hand Becuz of the frustrations of Game 1!!
0- Posted on: Sat, 06/09/2018 - 1:12pm #1119050
whiteflashParticipantI’d bet the keys to my truck that James hand is fine and that’s just more dumb@$$ media narrative to preserve his image.
