Memphis MadnessParticipantTony Parker is in the running too. But, if Duncan goes for 30 points 15 boards and 5 blocks in a game 6 win then you have to consider him too.
But what about Kawhi Leonard? He’s been huge. Great defense and rebounding with good scoring. He even started tonight’s game as a stretch four.

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantHe has a shot at getting Finals MVP but I think Parker will get it. Or whoever has the bigger game 6 (and game 7*) between Parker/Duncan.
My question is, if Miami somehow pulls out a win and LeBron keeps playing like this, is Wade the unanimous Finals MVP for Miami?

The Scare Crow RisesParticipantI don’t know if he’s got enough of the popular Vote though, … People are only talking about Lebron and his passive aggressive Offense or Wade wanting the ball more now that he’s been making baskets. . .
If the Spurs win this series Danny Green has my vote and would be the most unlikely Finals MVP ever!
If the Heat come back and win the series in 7 on the back of Lebron or Wade then one of them wins Finals MVP…
GAME 6 WILL BE HUGE…If the Spurs can’t find a way to put the Heat away in game 6, I can’t see the Spurs winning game 7 in Miami for some reason, this is why I hate the 2-3-2 setup…

jjbutler73ParticipantIt’s not a surprise to win an MVP in a 7 game series. It’s only a surprise to people who watch SportsCenter Top 10, not actual games.

For_Never_EverParticipantTony Parker has kept them in games, and has constantly been putting the pressure on the Heats defense. Tony Parker still gets my vote if I had one.

ItsVictorOladipoParticipantAt this point in the series it’s gotta be Green, that three point shooting has been just absurd.
Danny Green 18 PPG, 4 RPG, 1.6 BPG, with 60 FG% and 66 3PT% (25 of 38)
Tony Parker 16.2 PPG, 6.6 APG, 2 RPG
Tim Duncan 15.6 PPG, 11.2 RPG, 1.8 BPG
But statistically any one of those three guys could take it depending on how the next one or two games go. It really has been a team effort for the Spurs.

XYRYXParticipantI totally agree, unreal range and a ton of confidence! Just saw the micro movie of game 5 on NBA.com and Pop told him before the game that he doesn’t care wich shot he takes or misses, Pop just said ‘impress’ and he truely did!
If they going to win it all he will be in the history books even bigger than now and an absolutely fantastic story! This could be his trademark clip for a while and no one will forget what he has done already:

Probably a fake shot but hey – theme alert all finals long!

ItsVictorOladipoParticipantI believe there is a very small and select group of media members who vote on it immediately after the deciding game.

rickybobbyParticipantAt this point i would give it to Green. But Parker,Duncan and even Leonard deserve a look. Green is the front runner right now with Parker behind him. The reasons i’ll give it to Green is obvious his shooting, but not only that he’s playing a the all around game well. He taking either Wade or Lebron each possession along with Leonard. And an ocassional switch to Miller or Allen. Also he has been a one man wrecking crew in stopping Miami fast break. If u ever noticed every time Miami fails to convert on a easy fast break opportunities Green was the one to make the play. He stopped atleast two tonight. And alot more over the series.
He’s also rebounding at a solid rate of 4 a game. 1.6 blks and 1 stl. If he doesn’t win i think it be because ppl will give it to Parker since he the driving force behind the team. I wouldn’t be surprised if whoever plays the best in the clinching game won it either.
