Definitely team 2.. almost no matter what point settings you’re using. Team two would out score, out rebound, out assist, and probably have better %’s across the board. Just like MJBrown said.. not even close.

    Yeah team 2 is ridiculous.

Team 1 has a bunch of inconsistent players and only 3 stars in Smith, Aldrige, and Amare.

^You get great stats all around, and must kill in the three point catagories all around, it probably isn’t even close unless you just got some of those guys.

Team 2 wins, either in reality or fantasy. Your 3 pgs (Sessions/Lin not included) are all fantasy stat stuffers. Scoring is covered with Durant Westbrook Parker Pierce. Defense with Rondo, Garnett, McGee and Duncan

Thanks for clearing that up guys. Team 1 is actually Proud Grandpa’s team, and Team 2 is mine.

The reason I did this is cause it was pretty frustrating when Proud Granda repeatedly kept saying stuff like, "You have very little pieces of value", when I clearly had the better team. We are fighting for first place, although it’s not much of a fight anymore, I’m running away with the league now, and he said he had hte league in the bag, lol.

aamir i dont get you. You obviously know basketball, but you can be so damn annoying. I have seen like 3 seperate threads where you are literally begging grandpa to trade you Josh Smith. How many times does he have to tell you no? Let it go

Stop it.  Please.  I was winning most of the way, I am right behind you, and, to be quite honest, I would rather have my team.  Let’s take a look at the total PR for the last 15 days of each team:

    My team: 101.48

    Your team: 119.91

Not THAT big of a difference.

    You’re winning 8 categories, I’m winning six.

So your team  has a slight edge.  Wonderful.  But either one of us could win.

Now, on to my main point.  In the other league, llperez’s league, the one I’ve been saying I have been paying more attention to all year (though I have been consistently updating both rosters), I won my division.  I have the third best record out of 16.  I have won my matchup in ten straight weeks.  And where are you?  Sixth in your division, ninth overall.  And WAY out of the playoffs.

After not caring the first few weeks, you have come back well in both leagues.  But that’s your own fault.

    Have some dignity, bro…

@F_Da_PO I drafted CP3 third in a ten team league.

Got Kevin Durant for Al Jefferson and Channing Frye because my trade partner was in desparate need for PFs.

Got Love and Dorell Wright for Chris Bosh and Joe Johnson. At the time I made the trade Bosh and Johnson were incredibly inconsistent.

Got Steve Nash straight up for Jeremy Lin the week he blew up. (lol)

Got Deron Williams and Caron Butler for Tim Duncan (knew he’d be sitting in games towards the end of the season) and Ty Lawson.

So yeah F_Da_Po I pretty much capitalized on who was hot and manipulated those owners who I knew were stupid enough to make some of those trades.

Example: I picked out the one owner that would be easily swayed by all they hype on Jeremy Lin, and went in for the kill.

I’m a pretty persuasive man, and sometimes surprise myself how easily I can make blockbuster trades while at the same time making my trade partners think they are coming out of the trade with a sweet deal.

^Sorry, I was doing my best Billy King imitaion.

"Come Otis, please give me Dwight, I’ll do anything!"

And Gramps, I very well realize that the league is not over. You have made all the right moves, all the trades we made initally favored you, it was bad luck that Steph Curry is hurt, or that Amare is not being involved in the offense as much as he should, and you do have a good team, and I don’t mean to act like a dick each time and I wish you the best of luck in  the playoffs in the llperez league.

Not so much about being persuasive, as it is being in a league with fools. Love has been tearing the Fantasy Stats up since week 1 of the season.. Bosh has underwhelmed since joining Miami, and Johnson hasn’t quite been himself the past year and a half. While Wright is a Fantasy mainstay based solely on his 3PT ability. So while I think that was a boneheaded move by whoever traded with you, I suppose there’s at least an argument.

The other trades are just insane. Haha. More power to you, though, for fooling those clowns into giving up gold for scraps.
