FANTASY BASKETBALL HELP?!

Here’s what my team looks like. This is my first time ever play Fantasy anything. So any help or advice i would really appreciate. I like almost everyone right now,except Gallinari. Im tryin to figure out how to move him to the bench? My understanding is that all player stats are added up together, so would it even make a difference?

Im not sure. It says format ESPN custom.
