My thoughts are I think Bledsoe will leave the Clippers for more money as well, he has a family to feed, and can't be a backup behind CP3 forever, toooooo much potential to just be a backup.
What team would give him a huge offer to be there starting point guard?
I know that it might sound a bit crazy, but it could be Lakers. They will as always have a lot of money and they obviously will need a point guard because Nash is almost 40 years old
Instead of offering Bledsoe a big contract, Lakers should try to get CP3 (if he doesn´t sign a new contract with the Clippers) who is a free agent next year ...
With Howard, Kobe and Gasol on your team you don´t need another scorer like Bledsoe, you need a passer like Nash or CP3 who can also make shoots from downtown!
yes i feel the lakers will make a run at him... do it mitch!
Lakers are making a run at CP3 or Bledsoe?
I know the Clippers are keeping Bledsoe as an assurance incase CP3 leaves. I read somewhere that in the past year or so teams kept inquiring about Bledsoe. Can the Lakers still possibly get CP3? now thats unfair.. lol.
There isn't really a rush now for the Clippers to move him. He has 2 more years, this year and next before his rookie contract is up. Chris Paul could technically leave after this season. I don't see it happening but if he leaves it opens things up for Bledsoe. If CP3 stays, the Clippers can then explore their options. In the mean time, they need to play him when possible and let him keep flashing that upside and his trade value will keep going up.
lol at he got a family to feed. Like being drafted in the first round money aint enough to feed his family. lol smh
Lakers can't afford CP3 with the CBA the way it is if they want to keep Dwight, Kobe and Pau.
Orlando Magic or Utah Jazz could be potential destinations for Bledsoe.
I'd like to see Bledsoe on the Kings, Jazz, Magic or Knicks, as a starter.
Don't you think the Kings have enough guards?
Evans - Thomas - Brooks - Fredette - Thorton
Obviously James Harden didn't think first round money was enough!!!!
Bledsoe grew up sleeping out of a car, believe me he's going for that money.
"My thoughts are I think Bledsoe will leave the Clippers for more money as well, he has a family to feed..."
Yes of course, I wonder how his family is going to survive on 1.7 million dollars.
I understand players want to maximize their earning potential, but let's not act as if they're living in poverty or somthing.
Who said anything about poverty? Read on how Bledsoe grew up then you will understand why I said he has a family to feed.
Fastandfurious, can u finally admit that Eric Bledsoe has a higher ceiling than Wall.
I could see the Knicks trying to get Bledsoe depending on what goes on with Felton/STAT
We know the answer to this question. If Clipper resign CP3, then they won't offer Bledsoe enough money, some other team will, and he will leave. If Clippers can't resign CP3, then they will match any offer Bledsoe gets. Either way, he won't be CP3's backup forever. Though this is the Clippers we are talking about and they will get fans to come out just by having Griffin on the team. Contending for a title really isn't something they as a franchise have been focused on.
I won't go that far, Wall's ceiling is crazy high, if he can improve his skill level. But I will say Bledsoe has improved every year since he's been in the NBA, while Wall really hasn't, but I still have to say down the road I see Wall being the better player if both players reach their max potential.
