White ChocolateParticipantI was just thinking, does anybody agree with me and think Enes Kanter is a more athletic Mehmet Okur? They both can shoot the ball very well, they both are the same size Kanter is 6-11 261 lbs and Okur is 6-11 273 lbs, Kanter is more athletic like I said, Okur might be the better shooter but they are both very close, and just for fun they both were born in Turkey. What do you guy’s think?

the I in winParticipantKanter is also a good rebounder, Okur is average.

SteroidParticipantKanter’s biggest strength is his rebounding. I don’t think he has the range that Mehmet does.

morgatilParticipantNo, he likes to be down low unlike Okur. He is going to be more like a Zach Randolph with a jump shot.

stanford hoopsIs there new game footage of ketner shooting? A bunch of games or have you seen him play alot last year? Espn has a writeup on how he did against college guys last week at the durant camp. Although talented he struggled and isn’t as polished ascousins and needs work. Not suprising though. Since most people are smart enough to not jump on a bandwagon just because of a all star game. Except some on here of course

morgatilParticipantKanter, one of the only incoming freshman at camp, wasn’t as polished as the other big men at 5 on 5. After his second assessment in an all star type scenario, I think he will be just fine.

WrecklessParticipantTo be honest, I dont think there is a clear comparison that fits him.

stanford hoopsI agree he will do fine but not great like sum of the bandwagon guys on here think. The same ones who said favors would have a Micheal beasley season and thought Perry jones would domintae hs and all star game after watching YouTube highlight clips( neither dominated). The euro chat guy was right. Sum Americans arequick to annoit the NEXT without much proof or from lil proof and lack of patience

knicksfan7ParticipantI am on the Kanter bandwagon through the good and bad. He seems to have a very diverse offensive game from the low post to mid range, I think he is going to be a very good offensive player, the defense, I am unsure about.

GrandmamaParticipantHe doesn’t appear to be anything like Okur. Okur likes to roam on the perimeter and shoot jumpers, rarely do you see him banging down low. Kanter appears to be a post player.
