WinterSoldierParticipantHis name popped up on my news feed the only thing they said him was he is 6’9" SF with a huge wingspan and elite athleticism. Does anyone have any info on him like age? skill set? shooting ability?

BardParticipantHe shot something like 40%-45% from 3 at juco. Those who have seen him play say he has guard skills and decent handles. Ive heard him depicted as a stretch 4, comfortable on the perimeter.

mikeyvthedonParticipantCombine his two seasons at Yuba, he was 37-104, or 35.6% 3FG. Not bad at all for someone 6’9, though obviously a huge gap between what he did between one year and the other. Have a [Player: Emmanuel Malou] profile which links to his stats at Yuba this season and has a couple Courtside Films vids, but need to watch more film before I can make any definite conclusions. The Courtside Films vids are both from when he played for ABCD Prep (high school).
Heard good things about him around the time he had committed to Iowa State, had the profile right around than. He is from Melbourne, Australia and seems to be a solid athlete with a nice shooting stroke. It also looks like he only played 14 games for Yuba this season, none after December 18. Not sure if it was due to injury, just something to note. Had a string of games where he scored 64 points in only 3 minutes (am kidding, they obviously didn’t list his actual minutes, though it still looks pretty hilarious)! Here is a link to his freshman stats as well, as for whatever reason they are not cummulative.
Obviously whoever he truly is lies beyond these statistics, just wanted to give an idea of what his production was in JUCO. Remember, he averaged one made three per game in his two years, so it is really a pretty limited sample size to tell whether he is a true SF. Their is some intrigue to him, though, and he is someone I will be looking into more thoroughly.

WinterSoldierParticipantGood info, Thank you. The rumor I heard was from Fran Fraschilla who said there are several teams interested in him. It kind of reminds me of the Bruno Caboclo a few years back although I doubt Malou is taken in the first round,
