Rose has small hands, that's

Rose has small hands, that's why he always dunk with two-hand, for that I don't think he is the best at catching alley. I would put Wade at #1 and RW at #2

Wes Johnson

He may not get as many alley oops in Minnesota, but when he gets going he can really get up there for some sweet alley oops. 6'7 with a 37 inch vertical and a 7'1 wingspan has alley oop written all over it. I think Wes could benefit from a change of scenery.

Easiest to throw it to is

Easiest to throw it to is Brian Scalabrine because you don't have to throw it much higher than your average chest pass

Jeremy Evans

As stated above, he gets no PT. But if you look at his alley-oop jams per minute on the court I'm confident he's well in the lead on a per minute basis. He's like 6'9"/190 w/a super fast hop that gets WAY up there. His body control and hands are also very good.

No mention for LaMarcus

No mention for LaMarcus Aldridge? He led the league in alleyoops last year for some reason...

Alridge says he lead the league because it was a set play with Andre Miller where whenever he was fronted he'd just roll off and jump and Miller would find him. Anyone got LaMarcus' Oops #s this year?

LaMarcus is near the top

LaMarcus is near the top for sure. To bad Andre Millers gone so he won't get the most this year.

I May be Wrong

I remember watching that game and it could still be the best alley oop I have ever seen. The height, power, and how far he reached and took off from. The man got robbed in 2006 in the dunk contest. Just look at everyone's reaction. Look at the Pacers bench and the fans all react to that dunk. It was amazing.

Yea, I don't get Rondo either. Never seen him catch a lob. I am sure he can just haven't ever seen it. Kobe has been catching lobs for years.

And some of the best alley oop combos of all time, IMO, Shawn Kemp & Gary Payton. Jason Kidd to K Mart. And the best guard alley oop combo was steve francis & cuttino mobley. Either one would sneak up and catch one on your head.

Aldridge catches the lob

Aldridge catches the lob better than any power forward in basketball and is probably top two or three overall.
