monkey23ParticipantHere are a few Howard trade scenarios. Which one is the best?
Horford + Teague for Howard
Bynum + Artest for Howard & Richardson
Walker + Gordon + MKG for Howard
Love + Webster + Budinger for Howard
Jefferson + Millsap + Hayward for Howard
Noah + Deng for Howard
Gasol + Conley + Wroten for Howard
Drummond + Stuckey + Maggetee for Howard
I think with Brooklyn not having any available cap room during 2013 offseason, Howard will likely resign with the team he is traded to for a max contract.

bobforteParticipantif i’m orlando i want bynum the most but don’t want artest although he only has two years left on the contract. I would also look at these trades if these are realistic options that is. The wolves, jazz, bulls, and grizzlies as well. Depending on what first round picks they are giving me and what contracts i can unload. Also a couple of them i would want a little more but those have some nice pieces

Lebron’s HairlineParticipantHoward to Atlanta could be very real if they can work out a trade, Josh Smith and Lou williams 2 guys Howard grew up with and are great friends with play there and with cp3 a free agent next year Atlanta could make a run for him through a sign and trade, they can give Howard a max extension and Smith an extension as well, this probably won’t happen but let’s have an open mind Here

Memphis MadnessParticipantIf I were the Magic I would call up Oklahoma City and ask for Perry Jones, Serge Ibaka, Reggie Jackson, and Kendrick Perkins (they might also have to throw in Lazar Hayward, Cole Aldrich, or cash to make the deal work).
The Magic get Ibaka and Perry Jones up front along with Andrew Nicholson, Justin Harper, and Big Baby. Kendrick Perkins and Kyle O’Quinn will be serviceable in the middle. Reggie Jackson could then be their scoring guard off the bench.
The Thunder lose Ibaka but they might have lost him anyway. Giving up PJIII would hurt, but they can get rid of K Perk’s contract. Losing Reggie Jackson sucks, but Maynor is coming back from injury. Plus, they don’t have to give up any draft picks.
The Thunder would have a GREAT Big Four of Durant, Howard, Westbrook, and Harden along with a few solid role players still in Thabo, Collison, Cook, and Maynor. Hasheem Thabeet gives them some depth up front, and I bet they can sign an extra 4 or another wing off the bench. If Dwight Howard doesn’t resign then they could have enough cap space (perhaps) to go after Andrew Bynum or other free agents.

Orlando’s lineup would then look like this:
Starters:
PG: Jameer Nelson
SG: Jason Richardson
SF: Perry Jones
PF: Andrew Nicholson
C: Serge IbakaBench:
PG: Reggie Jackson/Chris Duhon
SG: JJ Reddick/DeAndre Liggins
SF: Justin Harper/Quentin Richardson
PF: Big Baby Davis/Earl Clark
C: Kendrick Perkins/Kyle O’Quinn0 - AuthorPosts
