The Toronto Raptors confirmed Thursday that they signed six-foot-seven forward Ronald Dupree.

James Florence is hoping that patience really is a virtue.
Mercer’s all-time leading scorer in men’s basketball has spent just about every day since the season ended working out and training in hopes of getting a look by the NBA.
He attended the Portsmouth Invitational and had a workout with Miami. His agent has fielded calls about playing in Europe.
But everything is on hold as Florence prepares for preseason camp with the Philadelphia 76ers.

The Mavericks are moving quickly to fill the unexpected vacancy left by Tim Thomas, with veteran Brian Cardinal emerging as the early favorite to sign a free-agent contract, league sources told NBA.com. A deal, however, has not been reached as Dallas continues to consider other options.
Those possibilities include Bobby Simmons and Steve Novak. Cardinal appears to have the edge in discussions within team circles based on his experience, shooting range and work ethic.

They want Cardinal..becuz they feel he can be another Najera ..Someone to do the dirty work..
I’m surprise nobody has signed Aaron Gray,Flip Murray or Paul Davis..
