ZarathustraParticipantFirst of all,i didn’t have the opportunity to watch him play live, only short highlights but…looking at his U18 Euro stats is spectacular : 14.4 pts 10.4 rbds 4.9 ass 2.2 bl in 29 mins.Scoring:14th.Rebounds:3rd.Assists:3rd.Blocks:1st.He had a monster game against Latvia:21pts 17 rbds 9ass 2stl 3bl…
Still only 16 years old,6’11 205lbs length,high IQ,really good passing skills.
I’ve only seen a tiny sample but was really impressed by his skills and also his possible UPSIDE,that’s why we’re here folks ! 🙂
How much do you know this guy and what do you think ?

TenSecondTomParticipantSmooth player. Could develop and stick in the NBA, but needs to develop physically to have a legitimate chance; at worst he will be a very good player for a Euroleague team. I wouldn’t put him in the Šarić-Hezonja category yet, but either way, the future is bright for Croatia in Dario Šarić, Mario Hezonja, Lovro Mazalin, Dragan Bender, Marko Arapovic and even the older Bojan Bodanović and Damjan Rudez. Heck, even Ante Tomić looks like he’s ready to contribute in the league even though Utah isn’t looking for another big. The best generation of Croats since the Dražen era with Kukoč, Radja, Vrankovic. It’s amazing the talent that comes out of such a small nation.

peZt93ParticipantTbh I think he is the european prospect with the most star potential in the last decade or so. It’s rare to see a player with his combination of size, skill, athleticism and feel for the game. And the best part is he is very tough and isn’t shy of any contact, unlike many other skilled 7footers.
He was the most impressive player at this years U18 eurobasket despite being the 2nd youngest player there. If he develops nicely the sky is the limit for him.
