    __________

Doug Collins has decided to resign as head coach of the 76ers after the season, according to Yahoo! Sports.
Collins and the Sixers are amicably negotiating a buyout for the final year of his contract, and it’s possible that he will remain with the team in a different capacity. The 76ers currently have a 33-47 record, and they’re the lowest-scoring team in the league at 92.9 points per game.

Things got real bad real quick for us Sixers fans. Hopefully we hire Eddie Jordan so we can get a shot at Wiggins/Parker lol

Im glad hes gone. Our city needs a better team and coach. Should we rebuild? idk. But we need to get better. It should start with building our frontcourt, Keep ET, Jrue and Thad.We need bigs in the draft. Let me say that i wold hire Tim Legler! Yes, hes a Philly guy, went to Lasalle and he lives in Philly. He also coaches his sons South Jersey teams and hes always at Sixers games. He has a great mind and hes young. He would be a good coach that our young players will listen to. It will bring excitement to the city. People didnt think Spo could coach, people didnt know what to expect from Scott Brooks, i think hes in that young fiery coach mode like them. I would bring him and before the draft and start over

Not going to lie, if you weren’t satisfied with Collins, then it’s highly likely that you won’t be satisfied with the next coach.

No no no no no, that’s so inappropriate. Doug Collins and Philly got reaped by trading for Bynum and letting Igudala go. What do you expect? Plus the team gave a carp effort this year

Whats up with all this Doug Collins hate now? He’s a very good coach and it is a damn shame that this is how his 76ers tenure is ending.

yeah I was just gnna say doug Collins is a pretty damn good coach…. the only thing the sixers have going for them is Jrue Holiday… Bynum can go eat a d*ck for all care… hes seriously a disgrace… still not 100% sold on evan turner… thad young is good… they should keep him… everybody else is pretty much expendable… the roster wasn’t good to start with anyway esp. with Bynum out
