The disappointment from my warriors is killing me man. As a UNC fan i don’t see why people are so high on him. I hope the scouting reports turn out to be true..The only pick I liked was the Festus Ezeli pick. Draymond Green? really? He has no position.. to big slow and fat to be a SF, to small, not strong athletic or a post option to be a PF. Plus he won’t be able to play as a SF with Barnes n Dorrell Wright, or PF with D lee andris bogut and festus as our big man rotation.

Are the warriors telling me that our 30th and 35th pick to get atleast the 28th pick for PJ3 wasn’t good enough? dude is gonna get a lot of GM’s fired

The only other thing that sorta cheered me up was reading the instant analysis on Terrence Ross. "Think of him as a high-character, smarter, defensive-minded, doesn’t-fade-away-on-every-jumper-for-no-reason JR Smith"

Barnes is a great talent and is basically a gift for the Warriors. His surprising athleticism showed in the combine shows that he can take his game even further. His play style will fit well for the Warriors.

…but i have to say that he’s definitely one of the surest things in the draft.  he’s almost certainly a 15-20ppg scorer with decent efficiency.  he’s got a good all around skill level, great size for his position (unlike say, dion waiters, austin rivers, bradley beal and pretty much every other shooting guard of note in this draft, i know barnes is a 3 but man, are there a lot of midget 2’s going high… it’s like it’s 2006 and everyone just watched dwyane wade dominate the finals.)  good news barnes can hit the jumper, he’s very clever scoring the ball and can flash that 38 inch vertical when he feels like it.  he’s articulate and has a winning smile.  he won’t carry a team but he can be a great second or third option who’ll take you to the play-offs.  yeah, he’s a floater.  so is rudy gay.  there are plenty of good players in the league who could be better than they are but aren’t.  and that’s really the worst you could say about the guy.   i dislike players that don’t have that dog in them.  but then, i’m a detroit pistons fan, so the ability to fight, either physically or mentally is pretty high on my list of wants in a  player.  which is exactly why i hate greg monroe (another floater, by the way and also a borderline all-star) and am cautiously optimistic about andre drummond.  it’s a solid pick.  you know what you’re getting with harrison barnes.  it’s also a good value pick and good combination of bpa meets team need.  the warriors could have done much, much worse…

Your kidding me right? If your a Warriors fan you must be estatic.Harrison Barnes dropped all the way down to 7 and your not happy? People talk about drafting off of value or need and the Warriors just did both. This might be the best pick of the draft
