Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantSo Dennis Rodman says he’s been voted into the Hall of Fame, I know.. OLD NEWS.. BUT! Aren’t you supposed to be inducted? You can’t just be voted in at any random moment.
You guys think it’s an April Fool’s joke by him?

doubledribblerParticipantPeople get voted into the Hall of Fame. The induction is the actual ceremony that takes place which is publicly introducing the player as part of the celebration of their achievements and is something for family, friends, media, etc to be apart of and share with the player.
I’m sure Rodman is in though. My only doubts would have been that people would have held his off court stuff against him. The guy was an amazing rebounder and one of the best low post defenders I have ever seen. There were a few times I remember when Shaq was at his height of athleticism and he was being allowed to bull people over that Rodman would guard him and shut him down. Shaq is still a hard cover today because of his size, so anyone that didn’t get to watch him back then could only imagine how much more difficult he was when he was putting up MVP caliber performances night after night.
