JJeff6ParticipantI was just looking over this guy a little bit, and it seems he is very under rated. I compared him to dwight, and over the last 4 years (not including this year) his scoring totals actually are higher than dwights. He has a nice pullup 20 footer, shoots 80% from the free throw line. probably could shoot the three but would get in trouble for doing so. Rebounds decently pulling down around 8 a game.
What do you guys think?

sammybuckeye13ParticipantHe’s def underrated but why are you comparing him to Dwight? Dwight is a defense first, really athletic true center…West is a pure PF with a great offensive skill set.I constantly compared him to Boozer with my friends for the past few years when we were debating whether DWill or Paul had the better supporting cast.

sammybuckeye13ParticipantWell I guess it’s important to note that Dwight is only 2 years older than West was when he came into the league…Dwight has been slowly but surely developing his offensive game, while West came in as 1st team All-American, which isn’t meant to put down West at all, just puts things in perspective a bit in terms of how West was posting a higher avg. Howard is averaging 22.4 per game this year up from 18.3 last year and he’s still shooting 57% so I think it’s safe to say West won’t be outscoring Dwight again.

SkyscraperParticipantOne facet of his game that i think is very underrated is how clutch he is. Always hits big jumpers
