r377ParticipantHaven’t seen him in too many mock drafts but I am thinking he could well be drafted somewhere in the second round.

JNixonParticipantHe’s a prospect for next year probably, or maybe his Sr year. He’s shown the ability to put pressure on guys with his ability to put the ball on the floor and create offense. He has good handles and solid athleticism and quickness, and he’s got decent size for a true combo guard at around 6’4 180 and a solid frame, but he’ll need to develop a better off the ball game to really see his ability as a prospect take the next step. He has been productive for UM, but he has been allowed to dominate the ball more than he will be able to in the NBA. He’s got gaudy assist numbers, but he’s not a pure PG, his passing numbers are inflated because of Michigan’s reliance on him. He’s their only truly good consistent offensive weapon. So he’ll have to work on his jumper, which is fairly broke right now, and learn to get production without having to dominate the ball. The raw talent is intriguing though.

esperanzafleet69Participantnot to bring the kid down, but it really has to do with how beiliene runs his team… sure the kid is very talented but his stats are brought up by the playstyle… he really came in and filled manny harris’s shoes… hes definately something to watch because it seems hes skills shouldnt warrant his stats, but he always does something amazing in games, which i havent seen from any other player in the big 10 besides sullinger..
iggy put it perfectly, unless he can develop his off the ball game, he wont have much of a future…

storm33ParticipantI’ve had a chance to watch every Michigan game this year, and Morris has certainly had his share of dazzling passes, particularly to Jordan Morgan. Morris still has some growing up to do; his quickness isn’t at an NBA level, and his 3 point shot isn’t NBA. However, he does have tremendous vision for the game, and makes ridiculous passes regularly. He is a very smart player, and judging by how much he’s grown in the last year, he has an eagerness to get better and learn. He will be an NBA prospect in the next 2 years, along with his teammate Tim Hardaway.
