Reading that Vegas summer league run-down from McBased it got me thinkin about a special someone: Damon Jones… so i did a little research

turns out Mr.  Jones spent 11 years in the NBA but it wasn’t until 2006-2007 when he was finally asked to return for a 2nd season with the same team..

Here is who Damon played for:

1998-1999: Boston Celtics / New Jersey Nets

1999-2000: Dallas Mavericks / Golden State Warriors

    2000-2001: Vancouver Grizzlies

    2001-2002: Detroit Pistons

    2002-2003: Sacramento Kings

    2003-2004: Milwaukee Bucks

    2004-2005: Miami Heat

    2005-2008: Cleveland Cavaliers

    2008-2009: Milwaukee Bucks

7 years in a row he was moved to a new team after the season

thats almost as bad as jim jackson (12 teams in 14 years) or drew gooden (9 teams in 9 years)

Determination at its finest. A guy with his shooting stroke could have easily found a home overseas, but he decided to stick it out and play in the greatest league in the world.
