Dakari Johnson will make his Decision during halftime tonight on ESPNU when his team faces Jabari Parker and Chicago Simeon
If he picks UK as expected it looks like this might be the best class of the Calipari era and perhaps the best ever. The scary part is they could still land Wiggins, Gordon or Randle.
PG: Andrew Harrison
SG: Aaron Harrison
SF: James Young
PF: Marcus Lee
C: Dakari Johnson
Even if a single player who plays on this years team doesn't come back, this is looking like the #1 preseason team in the country.
Yes
Montverde's just too talented. Dakari's got great hands. He catches and finishes everything. D'Angelo Russell is a future stud. I hope he gets to run the point next yr after Kasey Hill leaves. He just makes the game look so easy.
This Simeon team is one of the worst executing Simeon teams I've seen in recent memory. Defense is lazy too. Their guard play is disappointing, especially to me since Tate and Nunn are committed to Illinois.
Oh and Dakari is announcing during halftime of the 2nd game.
Him not waiting to see who might stay or go makes me think he's not picking Kentucky.
I agree with Siggy, guard play for Simeon is really poor, I think Parker looks good compared to where he was a month ago, he's so sneaky with the weak-side block. His offense is coming along, he started off hot but cooled down since.

Montverde Academy's 6'10 center Dakari Johnson ,1 of the nation's top players will announce where he attends to play next fall tonight, when his school plays Jabari Parker and his Chicago Simeon on ESPNU...
Johnson has narrowed his choices to 3 schools,Kentucky,Syracuse & Georgetown..If he goes to Kentucky it would be something of a homecoming,Johnson lived in Kentucky when he was in middle school, until his family moved to New York..He grew up a fan of Syracuse and has known Syracuse's assistant coach Adrian Autry for a few years....And said he would love to follow in the footsteps of Hoyas big men Ewing,Mourning,Mutombo and Monroe.........
