halfdecayedParticipantGrade 1 MCL sprain.. He will be out for a minimum of 2 weeks.. Man so he will miss a part of the next round likely against the clips.. It is now time for the Clippers to step up and finally make something happens in the playoffs.. Man I don’t think the Warriors will win this one against the Clippers..

BleedGreen808ParticipantLucky news for Steph as it could have been much worse. MCL sprains are probably the least severe knee injury. Unfortunately for the Warriors that means they might have to play the Clippers without Steph. They better hope the Clippers and Blazers series goes 7 games to give Curry more time to heal.

halfdecayedParticipantHe misses a minimum of 2 weeks, which would put his return around game 4 of the second round, and that’s if Clips vs Blazers goes to 7 games, which it probably won’t.. So if they rush him back after only 2 weeks, how will he look on the floor, will they monitor his minutes? Clippers are happy right now

doubledribblerParticipantI’m probably the only person on here that thinks that the Warriors still have a slightly better overall team than the Clippers despite losing Curry. Granted it makes the teams much closer, but I think if Thompson plays within himself and doesn’t try to assume Curry’s throne then they still have a chance to win the series.

halfdecayedParticipantwarriors won the first 2 meetings while Blake was tehre but it was really really close.. Take Curry out of these games and all the big shot he made, sorry, Clips would have won these 2 games.

circumlocution75ParticipantI don’t want to see any of these teams in the Playoffs lose b/c a Top plyer is Injured……
Golden State better hope that Portland can take the Clippers to 7 games…….
If that Happens Curry might be able to return by game 4 or 5 of the 2nd Round series…….

trapgamesolidParticipantLet’s see the Clippers get past Portland first before looking forward to a Curry-Less Golden State vs Clippers matchup…

Reptilian MonkParticipantWould be interesting of the Clippers were up 3-0 in the series and Steph comes back game 4 could be epic

daggers818ParticipantGiven the Clips epic collapse last year to the far less talented Rockets, GSW really could come back from 3-0 if Curry returns then!

IndianaBasketballParticipantHe might not even be out two weeks with a grade 1 sprain. With the high quality and 24/7 treatment he’ll be receiving, his pain and swelling will be gone in a few days. Then he’ll start strengthening and getting his range of motion back.
It’ll take closer to 4-6 weeks for him to be 100% completely healed, but an 80-85% Steph with a knee brace is still an amazing offensive player.
