This is the craziest simulation I’ve had this year
    Imagine the reaction to this!

I think I would stop following the NBA after that. The only thing worse than that would be the Knicks getting the top pick too.

I said the exact same thing about the Knicks getting in there too alongside Cleveland to my mates
      It would be tragic

I still think the craziest outcome would be if Boston of Philly hit on the top 3 from the Laker’s pick. I cant imagine one of those teams adding Ayton, Bagley, or Doncic.

Boston or Philly will get Sacramento’s pick next year. The craziest one which sprang to mind is Lakers 2018 and Sac-Town 2019 picks both come up first and Philly get the top picks in both 2018 and 2019 draft.

       That would be absolutely insane.

A week before the draft Lebron tweets what a special talent Trae Young is and hasn’t seen anyone like him since Shabazz Napier. Cleveland takes him number two. Lebron leaves in free agency. Young busts and is on  another team in two years.

If we get Porter at 5 I would be cool with that.

Bamba at 6 might be the steal of the draft.

Bamba is number one on my board and has been for awhile now.

I am actually not too sure about Doncic and JJJ.

JJJ reminds me more of a high level role player — something like a combo of John Salley and Robert Horry.  Really nice, but not top 3 worthy.

To me, Doncic is a blend of Jason Williams and Draymond Green.  J-Will’s fire, flair, passing ability, shooting range, questionable shot selection, and shoddy defense along with Dray’s size, solid-build, all-around floor game, rebounding, and leadership.  That could end up being a great player — or, a hot-headed mental case.

Then I like Mikal Bridges at 9 as a Ron Harper/Scottie Pippen hybrid.

DeAndre Ayton looks great on paper, great build, muscles, hops, impressive dunks and stats.  So maybe he is Small Ball Wilt (if Wilt had to guard the pick and roll game and the 3 point line) OR Small Ball Darryl Dawkins.

Then again, Collin Sexton could end up being the best player in the draft.

I’m hoping Dallas or Memphis get the first pick. I’m not a fan of either team but they are both very well run organizations and I think they will help whoever they select develope into a fantastic NBA player. Especially Dallas.

Now, the teams I absolutely hope don’t get the first pick are Sac, the Cavs, Orlando, and Philly. None of those teams deserve the first pick. Sac has been a mess for over a decade and Orlando has been a mess for close to a decade. Neither of those teams are going to be good situations for a young prospect until they clean up their organizations and go forward with something resembling a plan. Philly ran their organization for the past few years like they were playing 2k and really pissed off the 29 other organizations for not doing their part for the league as a whole. The Cavs, ugh. They have won 3 draft lotteries this decade and 4 in the past 15 years. I don’t believe the lottery is rigged but if they win again, I’ll be a believer from now on.
