You have to believe that MJ will turn in  around & put a Championship team together. This is a man that is crazy about winning. So how should he go about doing that? Lets get started.

Evaluate Current Talent. You need guy’s with upside in order to build a Chip so here are the Youngest/Most productive Bobs on the Roster.

    DJ.Augustin/GHend/TThomas

These guys are traditional Role players & 6th men to me. I don’t see starting material in none of these players.

DJs # 14ppg/6asst. He improved after LB left but he is a 2nd Tier PG IMO.

    GHend# 9ppg/20% on 3’s

TThomas #10ppg/a palty 5 rebs per/ his last 4yrs he has played 50 or more games just once. These guys are expendable.

The young players i would keep are DJWhite/DCunningham. Two hard nosed servicable players who can bring energy off the bench. Combined off the Bench they could give you 16ppg/8rebs.

Now the Vets with bad contracts Jax//Diop/Najhara

Trade proposals SJax/Diaw for expiring contract or bad deals, like TOutlaw/JFarmer(5 or 7 mill for a backup PG) from Nets. The nets get a Wing to pair up with DWill & his contract expires in 2 years so the Nets will have $$ coming off of the Books. And the Bob’s will be competitive enough but will be OutManned all year long.

Next DJ/Diop for BUdoh/FGarcia The Kings get a decent pg/a big they can buy-out & they get rid of 2 of their worst Contracts. The Bob’s continue their plunge toward lottery heaven, with a mismash cast of players. Maybe have some guys come up with mysteries injuries like the Cavs did this year.

    2011 LineUp

    PG JFarmer/BUdoh

SG. MCarroll(He can start & take as many shots as he wants)/FGarcia

SF KFaried(21st Pick in 2011 draft) Will be a great pro

PF TThomas (He will stub Pinky Toe & miss 65 games)/JValanciunas (10th pick in 2011 draft)

C KBrown (Will avg DD for Bob’s) 10ppg/11brds

finish 2011 season 20-62. Get #1 pick in 2012 Draft. Host the 2012 Democratic National Convetion. & The biggest Coup of all CP3 will Come back Home.

    2012

    PG CP3

    SG FGarcia/& a Veteran SG

SF/PF Your Pick between 3-5 Studs @ Top of the Draft. Insert your Choice ____________ HBarnes/QMiller/ADavis/JSully

    C KBrown/JValnaisia.

    This could happen

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Chris Paul remembers every detail of the first time he met Michael Jordan.

Now referring to him as his mentor, could Paul decide to return home next year and make Jordan his boss?

    Paul won’t rule it out.

"It would definitely be something to think about," the New Orleans guard said Tuesday when asked about the potential to sign with the Jordan-owned Charlotte Bobcats in 2012. "But right now it’s all about trying to win a championship here with the Hornets."

I think guys do and will want to play for MJ. Who better to learn from?

    — Chris Paul

In a phone interview with The Associated Press to promote Saturday’s Jordan Brand Classic high school basketball All-Star game in Charlotte, Paul alternated praise for Jordan while stressing that his immediate concern is the Hornets’ impending first-round playoff series.

"I’m one of those people who tries to stay in the moment," the four-time All-Star point guard said.

But Paul, who has a contract with Jordan’s Nike footwear and apparel division, didn’t mind reminiscing about meeting Jordan for the first time when the Lewisville, N.C., native played in the Jordan Brand Classic in 2003.

"We were getting ready to take the team picture," Paul said. "I was sitting in one seat and [current Los Angeles Lakers guard] Shannon Brown was sitting in another seat and the middle seat was open. We obviously knew MJ was going to walk in and sit there. When he walked in, man, he just took over the room. And he actually walked up and knew my name. So that’s something I’ll never forget.

"To have a personal relationship with him now and for him to be a mentor of mine, it’s something when you’re growing up as a kid in North Carolina you would never expect."

But would that be enough to give Jordan’s struggling Bobcats a leg up if the explosive scorer decides to leave New Orleans? It was that kind of sway Charlotte fans were hoping the six-time NBA champion would have when he bought the team last year.

"I think guys do and will want to play for MJ," Paul said. "Who better to learn from?"

But so far Jordan has overseen mostly cost-cutting, including a February deal that sent the franchise’s only All-Star, Gerald Wallace, to Portland for two first-round draft picks. The Bobcats then fell out of playoff contention.

Jordan has said the Wallace deal was meant to create financial flexibility so they can beef up the roster in the next few seasons.

"Now that he has a team, he’s like a kid in a candy store," Paul said of Jordan. "He’s so happy because he’s one of those guys that no matter what, he can’t get away from the game."

Getting Paul would be Jordan’s first big coup and wold help erase a decision made by the Bobcats in 2005 before Jordan’s arrival. Charlotte turned down a trade offer to move up from the No. 5 spot in the draft. Paul then went to the Hornets at No. 4.

"I thought about it then when I got drafted," Paul said of the potential of playing pro ball in his home state. "But that feels like that was so long ago now."

Paul has been through a lot since, from the Hornets’ temporarily relocation to Oklahoma City because of Hurricane Katrina to a knee injury last season to the NBA buying his financially strapped team.

Soon, Paul will decide where to continue his career.

"It’s been tough to stay above water, but there’s no complaints from me," Paul said of his time with the Hornets. "I’m just fortunate enough to be in the NBA."

how can Charlotte win if they cant afford to pay 2nd rate players like Gerald Wallace &Tyson Chandler…Jordan did a poor job of running the Wizards and doesnt seem to know which direction he wants to take the Bobcats in .They have no young players they can build around…

Faried "will be a great pro", how sure are you about that? As sure as you are that Kwame Brown will average 11 RPG next year? A guy who have never averaged more than 7.4 RPG in his 10 year career and has a career average of 5.6?

That 2012 lineup doesn’t look better than the Hornets current lineup. If CP3 leaves NO as a free agent I would assume that he’s likely either to go to a team that has a better chance of winning a championship or a big market franchise. Under that potential scenario Charlotte doesn’t offer either.

Also how did you spell Jonas Valanciunas’ name correctly under the 2011 lineup and then absolutely butcher it under the 2012 lineup?

BTW i won a Spelling Bee in 2nd grade. so what i butchered his name. & give MJ a Chance you never know what he could pull off for this franchise. if you can read the article is about how BCats will start to get back cheap contracts so that they can have $$$$ to spend in 2012. GWallace was not taking Bob’s anywhere as their best player, & he was paid that’s why MJ got rid of him for an expiring contract & 2 players with marginal upside. Faried shows the Hustle that Most players lack when they get to the L. Plus he has a reason to hustle since every game he is grabbing rebounds & playing for more than $$$ he is playing for his mother who has Lupus. The story line/work-ethic & Comparison to DRodman has me thinking that he could be great.

I admit that/ but Cat’s could get decent production from C spot, they don’t need a Star, just some one to defend & get brds.

Faried does not have the skills to play SF in the NBA.

He does have potential to be an energy PF off the bench
