halfdecayedParticipantdo you think these 2 could team up next year? It’s a stretch but if both players would be willing to take paycuts, they both could end up with the Heat.. It is very unlikely to happen though.. Would OKC entertain a sign and trade Durant for Love deal with the Cavs and try to reunite Love and Westbrook? Also unlikely but if Durant decides to leave, im not sure if there’s a better situation out there than his current one really.. Golden state maybe, but they would have to cut on their dept and right now their dept is what’s really helping them to win in these finals so.. Thoughts?

CU.LIONSParticipantJust can’t see KD ever joining with Lebron. KD’s biggest rival for years as the top player was always Lebron. I am betting KD wants to one day be the top player in the NBA as well as cement himself higher on an all-time lists of players. Don’t think that can ever happen if KD joins Lebron. Especially playing in Cleveland, which is not exactly the most desirable place to live. (sorry Cleveland fans, just keeping it real)

he_gets_bucketsParticipantYeah the big thing for me is I’m not sure theres a better situation for Durant to be in outside of OKC.. that’s not to say OKC is the dream, perfect team for him, but of the options available for him to go to, none have the talent level that OKC has.. and I don’t see him magically winning with a lesser team and no chemistry if you couldn’t get it done in OKC with the team he has now and 7 years of chemistry..

MopgrassParticipantI think OKC is the right move if they can get 2 or 3 3-point shooters. The Cavs, Spurs, and Warriors had the best 3-point shooting percentage in the league. OKC is, what? 8th? They should be reaching for guys like Alflalo. I think they ran a good system this year and Westbrook/Durant definitely bring defenders toward the basket. It’s a perfect scenario for a 3-point shooter.

DanielcmccartyParticipantI think if they keep getting whooped by the Warriors in the finals they both might realize they need to join up or they wont beat this Warrior team in a 7 game series. Longshot Durant leaves OKC though. They had 3 shots to win. Maybe Durant thinks they can do it. I see Lebron right now more then Durant needing one another. Overall, probably no shot though it would be fun/weird to see.

CynthiaParticipantBeing whooped by the Warriors? Warriors barely escaped with their lives.
Disappointing OKC didn’t pull it off, but they still played the Warriors significantly better than anyone expected, they might not be quite on the same level as them but it’s pretty dang close.

220ParticipantI really hope that wouldn’t happen. I’d hate to see Durant join Lebron.

TopShottaParticipantThis is highly unlikley. Also where ever KD goes he should only sign a 1 year deal
