    Pacers 102 Clippers 89

I’m just leaving the game. Here are my thoughts.

LeAndro Barbosa – This guy can score. He’s just one of those players who knows how to put the ball in the basket and he does it all within the flow of the offense. He moves without the ball, catches and shoots, goes off of the dribble, can play the pick and roll game and he can get out in transition. He and George Hill are going to be great off of the bench. I think they combined for around 30 points tonight.

Nick Young – He’s such a smooth offensive player. He’s got all of the moves to be honest. There’s nothing he can’t do, but you can just see he only wants to shoot. He played zero defense tonight and just stands around waiting for the ball. I felt like he can Caron Butler were fighting for shots.

Blake Griffin – He’s an animal. Nobody can hold him, but free-throws and defense are a real concern. He just doesn’t get defense. And his jumpshot has a hitch in it right before he releases the ball. They need to correct that. That’s why he’s missing.

Danny Granger vs Caron Butler – Granger busted his A tonight. Butler doesn’t believe in moving the ball. Most of the time he gets it, he’ll shoot it. And I noticed that he won’t just catch and shoot. He has to dribble it a few times first.

Chris Paul – I wasn’t too impressed. He probably had a double double, but I was just expecting to see something amazing. He’s vocal and leads… You can see that his IQ is high, but he wasn’t aggressive enough. And he’s not all that explosive.

DeAndre Jordan – He’s a freakish looking athlete/player, but has no clue how to play basketball. He falls for EVERY pumpfake. He’s so offensively challenged, that it’s sad. He’s a knee injury away from being completely irrelevant.

Can you tell me what you think about Paul George because I feel he has a lot of star power now that he has improved his shot along with his outstanding athleticism.

Do you think he will be the future replacement for Granger?

George didn’t do too much tonight, but I think he’s improving. Barbosa might take some of his minutes at the two. His ball handling and mid-range game is still a work in progress.

    Eventually, he’ll replace Granger though.

George, in my opinion, is a poor man’s Lebron(which is a compliment) They both have the size, handles, and shot to play almost every position

I’m not a Barbosa fan but he’s a good pick up for the Pacers at a very good price (second round pick)… He provides instant offense off the bench along with George Hill but he annoys me sometimes in that he can be selfish… But I think he’ll be able to blend in Vogel’s system

Caron Butler sucks. I went to the game against the Wolves and watched a few on TV and he is straight trash now.

Barbosa is a great player! He has brought Toronto back into many games with his play. I definitely miss him on the Raptors. Indiana has a great player!

Bledsoe didn’t do a lot, but that dude is big… No bs… His arms are bigger than Blake Griffin’s lol and his arms look longer too.

He’s so explosive. IF he puts it together, he’s going to be a beast.  He has a lot of work to do, but he’s got a lot of heart and doesn’t play afraid. He’s hungry. Like a dog on a bone out there.
