inukawaii8Participantclippers are playing their best ball in years. i know 2 out of the 3 consecutive wins are against bad teams, but i think they finally found a groove and a formula to win. Offensively, they let griffin and eric gordan be the go to scorer. davis doesnt need to take lots of shots (maybe around 10 a game) but be efficient while passing those great lob passes to griffin down low. jordan is giving clippers some quality minutes in the low post. they also need at least one other players (gomes, butler, or aminu) to give them another double digit scorers. defensively, they are protecting the glass, and not allowing the other teams to score easily on the inside.
the clippers, however, still have a lot of thing to improve on. most importantly, their free throw % is absolutely horrible. They are second worst in the league (mainly bc of blake and jordan). also, they need to be less TO prone and force more turnovers.
MAYBE just maybe this is finally the turning point for this franchise

spceltic55Participantwell they have had the hardest schedule in the L up til this point. so some of the easy teams should be coming up and they begin to start a long home stand in a day or so. they really wont leave staples until jan 20 i believe, so some wins should come now, especially with BD and Griffin clicking.

BothTeamsPlayedHardParticipantEveryone seems to find that the “formula to win” when Minnesota appears on the schedule.
Baron Davis has played up to his contract for three of his last four games, so that is nice, but history would say it isn’t going to last.

IndianaBasketballParticipantClippers hasn’t been on here in awhile lol.
It’s only a three game winning streak, but I’m happy for them though. They’ve played a tough schedule and have been in a lot of games vs great teams. It’s good to see them *defending* and actually closing out games.

the lake showTo be honest i’m glad they are winning. I like watching them play ( because of Blake,Gordan,Deandre only because of his highlights, and i liek watching young teams since i watch college more then the NBA). I also like watching Bdiddy and his playground type game

IndianaBasketballParticipantKaman is better than Jordan, especially offensively, but he doesn’t bring as much energy, intensity, etc as Jordan. Kaman plays lazy.
