A reliable partner in the post, and real threat at the wings. I heard that JO is going to get traded for Marion (along with Marcus Banks) which actually would help both Miami, and Toronto.

It helps Toronto for their big need of a wing scorer/defender, but then that leaves Bosh in need of another partner in the post because Bargnani is not that guy. Just a solid big guy that can defend, board, and finish around the basket is all he really needs… which is kind of asking for a lot with the level of talent that centers have today.

Jose Calderon is a good free throw shooter and A good passer.
The bench can score and all but…
The main idea of a bench is that it brings in rebounds, steals and good defense. Toronto has Jason Kapono who they need to get rid of because all he does is win 3 point shootouts. They need a banger center, someone a little like Kendrick Perkins. This while help Bosh on the defensive end so he can focus more on rebounds then defense and on offense where he can play the high post while the center plays low to grab boards on offense. They need to improve the 3 position drastically with a scorer. I like Anthony Parker but they need a young backup for him. Ukic looks to be good in the future, not really now.
