    Lakers get:

    PG Rajon Rondo

    SF Sasha Pavlovic

    C Samuel Dalembert

    Rockets get:

    C Jermaine O’Neal

    Celtics get:

    PF/C Pau Gasol

    PG Goran Dragic

    Yes, I see that I really slighted the Rockets, but Kyle Lowry is the guy for them and maybe they can sign a veteran or let Johnny Flynn back him up with Dragic gone. The Rockets aren’t exactly conteding with Dalembert, but letting Dragic go does hurt them on the bench. The Celtics get back a young, talented PG and some length and size to help on the defensive glass. The Lakers get depth at center and small forward, along with an all-star point guard.

     Why would the Rockets take part in this trade at all? They are the 6th seed in the West right now and this trade makes them much worse for the future and the present. O’Neal is injury-prone, and he has said that he will likely retire after this season anyways.

    Those two teams hate each other. Cant see them swapping stars considering they fight for franchise lead in titles.
