I think Kadji will be in the

I think Kadji will be in the NBA at somepoint in the next couple years, but I think Cleveland is a strange team to make a push for him.

They've got Clark, Bennett, and Thompson as power forwards and I suspect Zeller to get some minutes at PF too ( he's easily the best 3rd center in the league and I think Cleveland will find a why to use him ).

Just a thought.

You would wonder why the Cavs are working out another big man. There any a few reasons why this might happen. They have Varejao, Bynum, Zeller at C and at Pf they still have Thompson, Bennett, and Clark. Yea they might be moving Bennett or Clark to small forward but lets just say they have a lot of frontcourt depth. They might be getting Kadji for insurance if they are worried that Bynum and Varejao will get hurt again because of they are both injury prone players. Another reason they could be trying to do this is that maybe they are trying to Trade Varejao for a draft pick, shooting guard, or a pure small forward. So if they did trade Varejao then they maybe they could have Kadji be their 3rd center behind Bynum and Zeller.

I like your point

...but no team is biting on a Varejao-trade unless he proves himself healthy for a longer than a couple of months span, IMO.
