I need to say this. At the begining of the season everybody was talking how good cavs are.. when they trade for jamison everybody said that they are deepest team in league..Now when they are out of playoffs all these lebron lovers and fans who think that he is coming to their team are saying how bad are cavs… When they’re winning you didnt say a thing but now suddenly they are old, dont have shooter,mo williams is bad pg…You guys dont know shit about basketball… You are just riding lebrons dick, when he won games for them you were saying they are good but one guy cant win a game… My point is they werent so good, they were good team in regular season but they arent team for playoffs…

I always said how bad the Cavs are other than LeBron. Obviously not bad with him, hence the 60+ wins, but I always said his supporting cast was awful, as I am sure others have as well. It doesn’t take a genius to see that Jamison, Mo Will, Shaq, Big Z, Delonte West, Varejao, ect. is not a good supporting cast. LeBron is not even in my top 20 favorite players. Probably not even top 50. But you still have to respect how good he is and how versatile he is. Like I said, it doesn’t take a genius to see his supporting cast was awful. Hell, even if they won the championship, I would have still said his supporting cast is awful. So speak for yourself buddy.

Your a moron dude. I gave you like 3 or 4 today because you are a new user and I saw you like Avery Bradley who I like a lot. But I guess I took them??? The point system is completely fucked up if you haven’t noticed. Look around there is people with like -16000 points and people with 16000. I can not believe that you honestly care about points and accuse people of taking them when they gave you them hahahahhaha. Get a life bro. Honestly.

i think you guys are way off topic when talking about the cavs. their biggest problem was the acquisition of antawn jamison. between shaq, lebron and mo williams; they had enough scorers. bringing in antawn, really ruined mo williams’ game. he’s a shooting pg who opens up the floor when his jumper is on. taking away shots from him, really messes up their game. now saying the cavs don’t have a good supporting cast is half crazy. their frontcourt bench is one of the best: big z, varajao, hickson, and powe. their wings and backcourt is not. moon and west are unselfish team players, but outside of that; this team had nobody that can come in and put some points on the board. sometimes i felt they needed an eddie house or flip murray; someone that can score 8-10 points off the bench right away.

obviously, this team in the end was driven by lebron’s game. i don’t think it was because a lack of talent, but rather a lack of chemistry. ragging on this supporting cast is crazy because they all have the career stats to prove otherwise.

Dude if you want I’ll go take all your god damn points. I don’t care. They are irrelevant. I don’t know for sure, but I think there is a way to see who gives you points and who takes them away. I hope there is so you can go and look and see how big of a d bag you are making yourself sound when you see that I gave you four points today. Hahahah are you 12 years old man? Anyone who cares about these points honestly are probably not even a teenager, yet alone an adult, or is just plain dumb. They don’t work man, they have no relevance to anything because there is glitches or something that makes peoples points go up and down by like 100 either way in a single minute. WOWWW! Some people are DUMB.

They have a good bench, don’t get me wrong, but their starting lineup is not good. Not good enough to compete with teams when the playoffs get into full swing atleast.

OK man. OK. I am not going to argue about this because I know I didn’t and if you are dumb enough to start an argument without any backing at all, except that you think I took your points when I actually didn’t, than have at it. I’ll be the bigger man, although it is not too hard because this is straight pointless. Someone please tell this guy how to check his points and shut him up with his false accusations of stupid, stupid things like taking points hahahah.

I just had 30 points, and now I have -1028. I’m pretty sure it is a glitch in the system not me taking your points or you taking mine being that I have only 38 posts. Hmmmmm??? Get real man.

Cavs stink. a bunch of overrated old guys who owe their paychecks to Lebron. Varejao, Moon, Parker, Williams are all awful without a guy like Lebron, Shaq and Ilgauskas are ancient, they have no young talent. Oh ye and that guy mike brown is an idiot.

Nah its the game plan, not running, too much of Lebron handling the ball and running the offense.
You get Lebron off the ball he runs for alley oops, back cuts, in the post, creates mismatches too.
The coach is clueless when it comes to this, change is a good thing get with the program Cavs coaches.
Also he kept playing Jamison when KG was just shooting over him and Jamison only had 1 impact game really.

I find it hilarious too. At the beginning of the season, that’s all we heard… How good and deep the Cavs were. They picked up Shaquille O’Neal, Anthony Parker, Jamario Moon and Leon Powe. Shaq was supposed to defend Dwight Howard. Parker was supposed to stretch the floor and defend. Moon gave LeBron another long 6′ 8″ athlete who could defend and run on the wing. Hickson was MUCH improved… So much that they didn’t want to give him up in a trade for *Amare Stoudemire*. And then when they traded for Antawn Jamison at the deadline AND then were able to re-sign Zydrunas Illgauskas, we heard it even more… That the Cavs were possibly deeper than even Orlando and were the favorites to win the title. Dallas and Atlanta both went after Illgauskas while he was a free-agent. Jamison would give LeBron a legit 2nd option and move Mo to the 3rd option where he’d be more successful. Jamison was also supposed to be versatile enough on the defensive end to keep up with Rashard Lewis.

Fast forward to now… And NOW we’re hearing the Cavs weren’t deep and the roster sucked other than LeBron. Jamison was too old. Mo isn’t even a 3rd option. Shaq sucked. Moon sucked. I don’t get it. This is the same thing that happened last season when the Cavs won 66 games in the regular season and only lost twice at home.

Whoever is taking points… Grow some and prove me wrong. We all know the point system is broken, so why don’t you make a post. Everything I stated was a fact. Go ahead and keep taking points without posting anything to prove me wrong lol. That puts the joke on you… Dummy.

Just keep posting, guys. People were taking points from everyone on certain threads for no reason months before the points glitch began. If you had the option of seeing who was taking points away from you, then most of the people who do it without saying why wouldn’t even have the cojones to do it anymore, even though the only thing you could really do about it is report them for taking points for no reason.

I swear, this site would be much better if you could only give people thumbs up. Taking a point away just because you have a different opinion — or just for fun — is the epitome of immaturity/preadolescence.

I’m sick of hearing about how “overrated” the Cavs are, especially from the same people who gave them such high praise after they acquired Jamison. What a bunch of hypocrites. If the Cavs tied the series at 3-3, much less won the series, then there wouldn’t be enough room on LeBron’s yogurt cannon for everybody.

    I agree with Butler…on everything.

Cleveland was the leagues Kool Aid all year, and now they didnt have a signal talented guy. Weird how that works…

Mo Williams is a decent player…not a star, but certainly not a scrub. Anthony Parker has been a solid player for the last few years, he’s not a go to guy, but a good role player. Jamison is a good 2nd option, he’s not going to drop 25 a game anymore, or take over, but when Lebron is on your team, you know hes gettin the rock.

I said from the beginning Shaq was a rediculously overrated pickup for them. He’s old, slow, and not a good fit with them. When he gets the ball, the ball stops, and nobody knew what to do when he got it. There was no movement, no cutting, no action weakside. People blew that move out of proportion because its Cleveland and its Shaq. I think Ilguaskas is a better fit for them, becasue Lebron is going to dominate the ball and Ilgauskas can spread the floor better.

I think their entire team is build of solid players who could never get in a rythm because Lebron dominated the ball too often. Yeah he got assists, but it came at the expense of overdribbling, holding the ball to much. Nobody got into a rythm. Its the same thing when Allen Iverson was with the 76ers. Good amount of assits, but its hard to build around a guy who has the ball sooo much that other guys simply cant get rhythm or dont mesh well.

The Cavs arent a bad team, they just arent the best team. Every team left has more balance, and does things better than the Cavs.

Mo Williams averaged like 12 ppg in the playoffs, he isn’t a playmaker and a horrible defender. dont see where he is a decent player.
Jamison is old and was terrible on the Cavs from day one.
Don’t even try to tell me Parker is a good player, he makes his living off open threes that Lebron gets him and wouldn’t be a rotation player in at least half the teams in the NBA.
Shaq and Big Z oldest 2 players in the NBA can barely move.
Varejao is probably the most overrated and overpaid player in the NBA.

I never said the cavs had a good cast, and it will only get worse because they will get older and have no money.
