Daprob89ParticipantLets say I’m the Nuggets GM and you had any other team in the league. What team would you be and what offer would you make to get him?

delfamParticipantThe Nuggets are in major trouble in my eyes, Carmelo’s leaving, Chauncey is getting old, Kenyon Martin is leaving, J.R. isn’t living up to his potential, they have two good pieces in Lawson and Afflalo and that’s it. If i was the Nuggets I’d want a 3,4, or 5.
I’d trade with the Nets and see If I could get Favors,Outlaw, and a 1st round pick.

fastdanParticipantIf I was Denver I wouldn’t touch Outlaw and his contract. Instead I’d go after Damion James. That guy needs playing time!

Moon RiverParticipantI agree 100% with the trouble comment. The Nuggets need to blow it up and start over from top to bottom, including the coach. They desperately need 1st round draft picks and that is the problem, no one wants to give them up. I believe the Bulls have multiple 1st rounders next summer and I think that, along with a package including Taj Gibson and Deng have to be about as good as they are going to get.

NYK2010ParticipantProblem is Mello won’t resign with the Clippers.
Also thats an horrible trade for the Clippers why give up 3 young players for two rentals. Good way to ruin your team if your the Clips GM. Would Sterling give Mello that big 3 yr extension even doubtful?
On the Bulls trade sorry but Deng’s contracts is awful if they can throw in some expirings with Deng and maybe Korver that might entice the Nuggets a little.
