    First off, that is a link to Otis Smith’s twitter account. I have a couple of questions regarding it. First off, when you go to that page, are all of those comments, comments that Otis left for those people? I find it weird that he would be talking to Vasquez through twitter. It just seems like a fake Otis Smith profile.

    Also, I have seen stuff on twitter that goes like this: RT @username “comment”. What does that mean?

    @blahblah is a response to somebody. So fake Otis is taking to Vazquez (or trying to).

    RT@blahblah means Re-Tweet. You are repeating somebody else’s tweet.
