rich.homie.mitchParticipantI feel this is a really good comparison, I never watched Payne play at Murray St. but after watching a lot his highlights and how he handles the game and what people say about him I saw a lot of Mike Conley. Conley just has that point guard poise, he knows when to get certain people the ball, when to take his own shot and has a really good floater. I see a lot of that out of Payne. He doesn’t have a lot of atheliticsm but I feel he doesn’t need that.

arambone2Conley is a better athlete. 40.5" vert at his combine. Better defender, quicker.

ChicagoCaseyParticipantThey don’t play the same though. Cameron Payne is longer and a little bit taller than Trey Burke. I agree with the site with the George Hill comparsion. But you can also see a Teague, Tony Parker, and a Mike Conley in his game. I’m not saying he will become them but he plays in a similar fashion.
