KU PRIDE14ParticipantHe is black and 6’5 doesn’t mean he would be good at Basketball

TyroberParticipant@KU PRIDE14. He is an extremely EXTREMELY athletic 6’5 black guy. I am willing to bet he is probably pretty good at ALL sports.

joecheck88Participantan extremely athletic 6 5 black guy? there arent any of those in the nba, college, d league, europe or high school. lol. im sure if he wanted to he could play basketball for a low d1 or some d2 school if he has any basketball experience at all, because yes he is an athlete but that doesnt mean he would be dominant like he is at football.

MkadozaParticipantThe better question is should have Terrelle Pryor stuck with basketball. He has the prototypical SF frame and was a top recruit splitting his time between sports. Actually many scouts felt if he had focused on basketball and wasnt a lock to play football, he would have been a top 10 prospect.

Its like Greg Paulus, he should have stuck with football off jump. He was a pretty good dual threat QB with Charlie Ward-Seneca Wallace upside.

sacphil_08Participantim not sold on him as a great nfl quarterback, someone compared him to a vince young with a better work ethic. im not sold. i think whoever drafts him will be disappointed in a few seasons because he wont pan out. this is just my personal opinion

HaleParticipantPryor used to have an nbadraft.net profile. And I agree, Newton will not be a very good pro at all.

SteroidParticipantI think Newton could make one hell of a TE though, maybe… haha

ItsVictorOladipoParticipantJonathan Baldwin might have made a fringe prospect at SF as well. Got several Div 1 offers from schools but probably made the right choice by sticking with football. He should be an early to mid round pick in the NFL.
