[Hi its BenParticipant]

Now I know a lot of you might not know this name but I really think he’s a solid NBA prospect for the Fighting Illini. One thing this sophomore really needed to work on after a less-than-spectacular freshman season was his shooting ability.  In their first game (i know it’s UC Irvine, but still) he started out shooting 5-5 from the 3-point line.

Now I haven’t been watching the game to know whether or not he’s actually improved or if it was just an insanely hot streak, but if he truely has worked on this part of his game.. he’ll be a solid prospect.  Any thoughts on this kid? Thanks.

Has always been an explosive player. He is similar to Shannon Brown in that he is an incredible athlete with average handles and is a streaky shooter. If he can get the mental side of the game down and make better decisions on the court then he easily is strong NBA prospect. Problem is even after going 5 for 5, if you told me he went 0 for 5 in the 2nd half I wouldn’t be suprised.
