SteroidParticipantI really think he should stay in college for at least next year. He’s a pretty smart dude, so he might value trying to get a degree, but going to the NBA would be more beneficial, honestly. If he stays, they’ll have a ridiculous team next year.

NJHooper95ParticipantHe will be one and done but not because he is ready but because of the hype and history of the last points guards to leave under John Calapari. Plus Marquis Teague is coming next year I doubt he would want to complete with him for playing time. Knight is not a true point guard but neither is alot of the guys starting point guard in the league.

Cardinal_FanParticipantThe more i see Knight the more unimpressed i am. I think he’s a 2 guard, seems always 2 be lookin to get his as the first an second option. He hasnt really showed that he can make the team better or create off of his own attacking style. Doesnt look like a great athlete an he is more quick than fast. I think he would struggle in the league and im convinced Kyrie Irving is hands down a better prospect. The Jason Terry comaprison this site has for him is almost laughable. I know its early in the season but i think the more the season goes on he will get exposed an his stock will drop. Also he i think he will struggle on the defensive end. His sive is appealing at the point guard position but i think it obvious he needs anotha year. But we all know he will leave, and honestly imo if he stayed Marquis Teague would take his spot next year lol.

BothTeamsPlayedHardParticipantThe rule isn’t opening night, it is turn 19 in the calendar year of the draft.
As to whether he will declare, well… there is a reason they play the season.

finneganParticipantone bad game and most people here are down on this kid. kemba walker and jrue holiday average only 8pts 3reb 3assist on their freshman year not to mention russel westbrook who average only 3 pts on his freshman year. this kid is only 17 years old, so far he average 17pts 3reb 3ast for a 17 years old freshman, is that realy bad?
terrence jones is difinitely better than him but knight is also a good player for a freshman.

apb540ParticipantI def see him entering early cuz a team on the fringe of the lottery (12-16) will def take a chance on him if he were to drop, but I think he will most likely be a top 10 pick.
