Branden Dawson
Has potential to be a late first rounder whenever he comes out. Lottery might be a stretch.. but he really really REALLY needs to work on his perimeter game and jumper specifically. Amazing defender and rebounder who is extremely active with his hands all over the place. Will be an immediate contributer in the league as a defender just like Ronnie Brewer.

Nope. I've watched every game of his for the last two years and he is definitely a swingman. Just doesn't have the outside game yet, partially due to him being out 7 months(!) with that torn ACL. When he has a full summer to change his shooting mechanics and ball handling, he will have everything you look for in an NBA swingman. NBA swingman body, athleticism, defense.. he just looks like an NBA player. I compare him to poor-man's Ronnie Brewer which I think is his best and most fair comparison.
Is anyone else watching the Michigan State vs. Wisconsin game? Branden Dawson is playing like a freak!
17 PTS 7/13 FG 3/4 FT 13 REB with 3:48 left in the game. He is a sophomore, when do you all think he will come out and where would you think he could go in the Draft? I think he will stay at least till his Junior year and could sneak into the lottery. Guy is a beast!
