providencefriars1ParticipantGame I watched: UNC 67 vs Michigan St 55Not only was this a good game, it was also the first ever game on an aircraft carrier. Both teams started out slow scoring wise, but UNC with its vastly superior talent, outmatched MSU. MSU hit the boards hard from the get-go, Nix, Green, Dawson, and Payne all grabbed many offensive and defensive boards and played with great aggressiveness. The problem was they all had problems finishing. The problem with MSU going forward will be their perimeter scoring which was basically non-existent. Appling was in foul trouble the whole game and fouled out with 8 and a half mins to go and Brandon Wood had trouble hitting from the outside. None the less, a great effort from the Spartans, but especially from Branden Dawson, who had a great first career game. This UNC team in my opinion has the most talent of any team in the country. Kendall Marshall is an unbelievable passer and does a great job of setting up teammates in both the half court and fast break. Harrison Barnes is a good scorer who will score the ball this year even with all this depth/talent. Zeller struggled to finish around the rim early, but ended the game strong. McAdoo played okay and showed he will be a nice 3rd big for UNC. Jon Henson had a fantastic game; he blocked 9 shots and altered many, many more. He also showed an improved face up mid range game from last year and hit two nice mid range jump shots. PJ Hariston looks to be the odd man out at the two guard spot. Bullock and Strickland hogged most of the playing time and both looked good. They will be heavily relied on to hit the three point shot which is the one sorta weakness for UNC.Prospect WatchNow I know some of these guys might not be considered NBA prospects yet or at all, but I feel that at this point in the season we should cast a wide net so to speak and try not to exclude anyone with promise. OhCanada-ParticipantI honestly believe Kendall Marshall is a bit overhyped on this site. He is a great floorgeneral with great vision yet his athletisism is not near where it has to be at the professional level and to be extremely successful. To me his cieling is Andre Miller with better court vision yet even that is a stretch.

uknationParticipantYou excluded Kyle Wiltijer for Kentucky .7-12fg 14pts 4reb 2blk. It’s ok since most people have forgotten about him ever since he signed but has looked very good every game they have played (scrimmage included). Eventually people will start talking more about him

providencefriars1ParticipantI did exclude Wiltjer, that was my fault I dont know why I skipped him. This took about an hour and a half but I broke it up into increments so it wasnt so bad.
