Boston Celtics Personnel Meet With Greek Adetokunbo Brothers

In Greece it was reported that the son of Danny Ainge, Austin Ainge was in Athens to meet with the Greek Adetokunbo brothers.

They are saying that Celtics intend to draft Ioannis Adetokunbo in the 2013 draft.

Of course, as usual, no mention of either of them on the mock drafts - since of course, they are Greek.

Out of all the prospects that

Out of all the prospects that you've tried to introduce to this forum, these brothers are the only ones I found remotely intriguing.

I've got to agree. This guy

I've got to agree. This guy Giannis has a very intriguing skillset for 6'9''. Maybe someone could use a second round pick on him.

Pappas is way better than the

Pappas is way better than the Adetokunbo brothers. So if that is true, then you have low basketball IQ.

Nah, Pappas is too Greek.

Nah, Pappas is too Greek. These brothers are only half, so that's what makes them more intriguing.

But Greek players aren't

But Greek players aren't allowed in the NBA right? So why would Boston draft them?

I did this before on some

I did this before on some articles here and was accused of lying and making things up. If one or two words are wrong by the bad Google translation it was used by others here to say I was a "liar".

I'm not playing that game anymore.

Here is a small mention of it in passing from eurohoops:

http://www.eurohoops.net/2013/01/dunks/18141

Anyway, like I said, these and some other Greeks are at the very top of European basketball prospects, but never ever once do they appear on any of these American draft sites. There is no way that this can simply be a coincidence. Not when it happens to every single Greek player across the board.

Papanikoloau didn't even appear on any mocks until after someone from the Knicks told one of the draft sites they were probably selecting him if he was available.
