Andrew Bogut and the Hype Machine have a lot in common. They’re both outspoken, Australian and not afraid to stick it to the NBA and it’s fans. This time, he echoes sentiments that have been published on numerous occasions by myself, yet rarely by an NBA player for general fear of backlash from the community.

Upon his return to GSW, he has gone on a savage tirade of all things NBA.

And I have to agree with him on this one. The users of this forum are a prime example of bandwagon fans who only repeat what popular opinion tells them to believe.

Bogut will get booed in every arena he plays this year. But in my humble opinion, he’s 100% right. Bogut doesn’t care what you think, and he doesn’t need any more money. He just wants to play good basketball, and since he was already on top of numerous “most hated player” type lists, it probably wont change public perception.

It also adds fuel to the rivalry that is building between Australian and American hoops. If American fans find themselves being unable to stand Aussie players, its probably a good sign that we’re developing into a genuine threat for basketball supremacy.

 Instead of writing ridiculously conceited sentences like ‘Andrew Bogut and the Hype Machine have a lot in common’, harping on how everyone but you (and your big buddy Bogut) is stupid and gullible, and annoying everyone with your Amrican-esque love for your country, you could have explained what Bogut said exactly.

These were my ‘thoughts’. I’m not American btw, so please spare me your ‘You Americans…’ rant.

 I talk about basketball and add some of my own personal flavour. 

The same people that neg me are the same type of people that killed Hilary Clintons chances of winning the election. The type of sticklers who work in jobs as Parking Inspectors, Tax Auditors. The kind of men who attend women’s rights rallys with their wives. 

The Silent Majority loves the Hype Machine. And plenty more love to hate the Hype Machine’s villainous antics – Ric Flair style.

Bogut got the short stick-Went from championship contender to being shipped out to a rebuilding team in Dallas. That would have been hard and to have everyone being like: Hows things man your going no where,But in the K.D meeting say the word and he and Barnes are gone and we will bring you in..

Australia being more of a legit threat: But honestly they have always been at least a top 5-6 in the world there is just more players making it to the NBA than in the past…So its not just recent that they have been a good team.

At least the Warriors will miss his moving screens and Defense though 😉

I don’t agree that all people spout what popular opinions tell them though…Its all about forming the correct opinion for you. Sometimes that just happens to be the general consensus though.

 Hype, I don’t think you have a humble opinion anymore. And what did Bogut even say??? You were just saying that Bogut said something really mean about the NBA. Sounds like 6th grade gossip to me.
