kerrstParticipantBrandon Knight to Phoenix, MCW Ennis and Plumlee to Milwaukee, Isiah Thomas and picks to Philly. Also hearing Thomas may be flipped to Boston…..Trade deadline just ramped up hard!

Jayhawks2011ParticipantK.J. McDaniels for Isiah Cannon and a 2nd round pick.
Good move for the Rockets. Could be a good 3 and d although he is an unrestricted FA at the end of the year.

220ParticipantK.J. McDaniels is a restricted free agent at the end of this year. I haven’t heard this one anywhere but here.

King CaluchaParticipantKJ McDaniels is a restricted free agent if Houston extends a qualifying offer at the end of the season… BUT Houston doesn’t have Bird rights, so they can’t go over the cap in resigning him.

TRC1991ParticipantAlso. Enes Kanter, Kyle Singler, DJ Augustin to OKC.
Reggie Jackson to Detroit.
Kendrick Perkins to the Jazz (going to be bought out)

butidonthavemoneyGreat deal for Utah, as this allows them to make a major move in free agency this offseason.

XYRYXParticipantOKC really really killed it here imo. They got really good value in this deal and finally have a really balanced roster. A classic PG in Augustin who can hit a 3 here and there and Singler can also shoot and finally is a backup for KD. Not bad at all for two guys with expiring contracts!

Reptilian MonkParticipantSo Philly is losing MCW, the rookie of the year and what are they getting? Dont understand MCW was great for them.

kerrstParticipantSeems like they are getting the Lakers top 5 protected 2015 pick which means they most likely won’t get the pick for this years draft unless the lottery gods strike down at them.

220ParticipantThe 76ers are gambling that the Lakers pick will fall out of the top 5 or that they won’t be very good next year. Sad to see MCW go, but he had some clear limitations.

XYRYXParticipantWith MCW, Ennis AND Plumlee coming to the Bucks I think this is a really good deal for the Bucks as this means Sanders will be bought out now.
But man I feel sorry for Knight to some extend. He came as close as he could be becoming an All Star this year playing the point and this while always beeing called a better SG than PG. I have a lot of respect for him since he really came a long way and his improved shooting opened the game up for him similar to John Walls game.
Now we will see how effective he is alongside Bledsoe who will run the point for sure.
What I really like now for the Bucks is that this move created room for Middleton at the 2 since MCW clearly is a PG.
MCW – Middleton – Giannis – Henson – Plumlee with a rock solid bench Sounds like more than a first round exit if the matchup is right. Fear the dear when Jabari is back next year with even more talent and a ton of cap space.

Prime TimeParticipantOn paper, the new look Bucks look like they’ll be scary on defense. Most of their players are crazy long and athletic. I also feel like Jason Kidd will do wonders for MCW’s career.
PG – MCW – 6’6
SG – Middleton – 6’7
SF – Giannis – 6’11
PF – Henson – 6’10
C – Plumlee – 7′

Lotto StudParticipantWhat’s the rotation next season when Parker comes back?
0- Posted on: Fri, 02/20/2015 - 3:53am #968058
machu46ParticipantMy guess:
PG: MCW/Ennis/Bayless
SG: Middleton/OJ/FA or rookie (like a Wes Matthews or RJ Hunter)
SF: Jabari/maybe Dudley/Inglis
PF: Giannis/Ilyasova/O’Bryant
C: Henson/Plumlee/Zaza/possibly rookie (would love to add Kaminsky, or if we trade down, Dakari)
I don’t think we’ll really make a big splash this off-season, but we’ll see. With our new found cap space, I’d love to at least attempt to woo DeAndre Jordan, but guys of his caliber will most likely not come to Milwaukee even with the recent excitement around the team.

Dazzling Dunks and Basketball BloopersParticipantWow. It seems like Philly gave up on MCW awful quick. I guess this makes it clear that they are hoping to get Russell or Mudiay this year in the draft.
It seems kind of strange that Milwaukee, a team that is really rolling right now, would shake things up by trading their best player. I know that MCW’s ceiling is higher but Knight gives them a better chance to win right now imo. Interesting deal and kind of a gamble for both teams.

Jco4ParticipantI have to respect what the Bucks are doing, defense creates offense and like Prime Time said they are scary long and athletic. I’d expect them to pursue some more perimeter scoring in the off season.

HitsterParticipantThe Bucks will have great length next year, they could flip Giannis and Jabari at SF and PF when required as well.
