    2015: Josh Richardson
    2014: Nikola Jokic, Jordan Clarkson
    2013: Allen Crabbe, Isaiah Canaan
    2012: Draymond Green, Khris Middleton
    2011: Chandler Parsons

Who do you like this year? This is a fun question because it truly is a wide open topic, and a lot of these guys will end up on different rosters in the next couple years. It will also take some good fortune, like injuries creating opportunities, finding favor with coaches, etc.

I’m going to say Kay Felder, because I think he’s got a lot of Nate Robinson in him, but it may end up being elsewhere. I could also see Georges Niang getting some run, considering what Indiana has.

Don’t forget Norman Powell in 2015.

I also like Richaun Holmes and Jordan Mickey from that 2015 class.

Unlike last year, the 2016 class didn’t feature a massive drop-off from the 1st to 2nd rounds. Kay Felder is one of my favorite prospects in the class relative to consensus ranks, and he landed in the perfect situation. Considering their draft position I also really like Pat McCaw, Rade Zagorac, Zubac, Petr Cornelie, and the obvious slider – Deyonta Davis.

Isaiah Thomas worked out well for the final pick in 2011 also. For what it’s worth I think Malcolm brogdon can have a productive NBA career, he just seems like a guy who is smart enough to work out how to best utilise his talents to stay in the league.

Productive right now : Malcolm Brogdon, Demetrius Jackson

In a few years : Deyonta Davis, Ivica Zubac

Best career : Pat McCaw or Deyonta Davis.

Davis has no reason being in the second round, hell he had no reason to drop to the mid-late 1st round.

Warriors probably took McCaw because he reminds them of Livingston. No way Livingston isn’t going to teach him during training camp and all throughout next season.

Deyonta Davis has the most upside, but this 2nd round looks crazy deep to me. I tried to pick 3 guys I thought would have the best chances of contributing and staying in the league for a long time, but there’s a lot of guys there that have a good shot, in my opinion

Zubac is my pick.  It’s being reported in L.A. that he was a solid 1st round pick (witness all the foreign players drafted 1st round) IF he would’ve agreed to a draft and stash scenario.  He wants to play this year so he fell to the second round where the Lakers were agreeable to him coming over immediately.  The Lakers have a pretty good track record with 2nd rounders (Clarkson, Walton, Van Exel, Turiaf, Marc Gasol) to name a few, so hoping Zubac will pan out well.  Btw, Zubac is a huge Laker fan so he ended up on the team he wanted too!

Malcolm Brogdon will be like Raja Bell – high enough IQ and good enough of a locker room presence to always be on a roster

Isaiah Cousins looks like a first round talent to me. I think he’ll have plenty of opportunities in Sac-town given that they’re probably gonna lose Rondo in free agency.

I had Ben Bentil at No. 6 overall, so he was by far the best second rounder. Gary Payton II would have been up there too.

Lol 6th overall? In what the 2nd round?  I do believe Bentil will be a Marcus Morris type without the defense,

I was never a big fan of Davis thought he was 2nd round material the whole time.  And im surprised he went ahead of Diallo who is a steal and ready to contribute immediatly with his length, athleticism and energy.

Felder was massively underrated too and is good enough to get minutes from day one.

There was some solid starter material in the 2nd round of this draft like Brogden and even a  guy like Sheldon McClellan who went undrafted but could become a McLemore type role player
