The Best Draft Selection

Last year the best selection based on value and draft position for the draft was Dejuan Blair selected in the Second Round by San antonio. For such a late draft pick he produced alot.

Who will be this years most valuable selection?

I think it will either be Avery Bradley or Eric Bledsoe

There are so many this

There are so many this year..Paul George will be a surprise..Dont be shocked to see him going in the top 10...What scared teams away from Blair was all those questions about his knee injuries..You have guys like Warren & Brackins that were considered lottery picks last year ..But this year they might go in the 2nd round..Maybe to experienced Playoff teams..I think Hamady Ndiaye from Rutgers might be a 2nd round surprise

Harris & Co.

As states on other post, I think young and extremely talented players like Lance Stephenson, Willie Warren, Manny Harris and G.Vasquez will be great value players if they fall in good systems with quality leadership and success (Lakers, Spurs, etc.). These are great scorers with all-around ability that some teams need and lack on their roster.

Biggest surpise will

Biggest surpise will be...

Paul George if he get's slept on. Most drafts have in mid to late first round. I think he's a solid lottery pick. He can be a good player on a bad team or a good role player on a great team. If he goes to Portland at 22 that would be crazy. Everyone knows the Blazer O is ran through Roy. A guy like George right now offensively struggles creating his own shot. So play George at the 3 and Roy will have a trigger happy guy to kick it to when he draws the D in. Defensively George has the tools to get it done. I have him going 15th to the Bucks but I hope he goes earlier.

Manny and .....

i like manny harris also as a suprise player but my biggest suprise guy will be Patrick Patterson. im not saying from a scoring standpoint but i think as far as rebounding and defense he can have a big impact like blair did. I think he will land on a playoff team and be a pivotal role player for them.

I like Sherron Collins for

I like Sherron Collins for this, based on were he'll be selected, he could be an energy PG off the bench, like a Will Bynum

Also like Dominique Jones, once again..hes one of those guys that it really depends on his situation, position he'll be playing, who he'll be behind, minutes he'll get as a 2nd round rookie, etc, etc

I can definitly see brackins

I can definitly see brackins as having the most value. And for least value i will nominate a tie between Alabi, Orton and Whiteside. They all will do little to nothing this yr.

Varnado,Seraphin is a

Varnado,Seraphin is a possibilities, also I agree about guys like Harris, Brackins
but remember how things changes quickly when we get closer to draft time
I mean last year I remember as a Mavs fan Flynn was considered in the range of 18-22 ( and we was projected for the 22nd pick)every body was saying he will be a steal,at May Harris wanted him with NJ pick and he was projected 9-14 range ,few days b4 the Draft some reports was saying that the Kings was considering taking him and he ended up being 6th pick in the draft and now instead of every body considering him a steal a lot of people says he was a wrong selection with guys like Curry&Jennings available
while Blair worst case was considered 22 or something like that and he ended up being 37th

I know this won't be a

I know this won't be a popular pick, but Luke Harangody. He's gonna be a mid second rounder, he's NBA ready, has the body the experience and the fundamentals to make up for his lack in size. He's strong as hell and I think he'll give you anywhere from 6-9 points and 3-6 rebounds next year. If a guy you get in the late 30's or early 40's gives you 8 and 5 that is a great value per pick and although Harangody may never average more than 10 or 12 points per game at any point in his career he'll produce right away and he's not gonna go very high in the draft.

Craig Brackins. He's the same

Craig Brackins. He's the same exact player he was last year, when he likely would've been a lotto pick. It baffles me why he has dropped to the 2nd round. He's a big talent offensively with mismatch ability. He's like Charlie Villanueva all over again.
