THE BEST Of All TiME: liNE UPS

if you could pick a starting lineup && sixth man of the present, past, and future what would they be?
CATCH: you also have to pick players not on your list to guard those players
EXAMPLE: only a present can guard a present && ao guy can only guard one guy && so on

PRESENT:

g- chris paul .. chauncey billups
g- kobe bryant .. shane battier
f- lebron james .. mickael pietrus
f- carmelo anthony .. anthony randolph
c- dwight howard .. shaquille o'neal
6- dwyane wade .. rajon rondo

PAST:

g- magic johnson .. dennis johnson
g- michael jordan .. dennis rodman
f- larry bird .. michael cooper
f- charles barkley .. kevin mchale
c- hakeem olajawon .. david robinson
6- isiah thomas .. john stockton

FUTURE:

g- brandon jennings .. ricky rubio
g- demar derozan .. damion james
f- derrick favors .. al farouq aminu
f- blake griffin .. patrick patterson
c- hasheem thabeet .. jordan hill
6-john wall .. gerald henderson

This is dumb...

First, the past is the PAST. Second, your list of future players could be full of scrubs. We just don't know yet. Third, your matchups suck.

Example-
Chris Paul- many nuggets players guarded him, Jones was put on him to rough him up a little (on Kobe too)
Kobe- beyond a team effort (Battier did exactly what Posey (when a Celtic) & Bowen (forever a Spur) do, and thats TEAM D)
LeBron- Yeah right (no words needed for Pietrus)
Carmelo- ?
Dwight- Shaq- when, ten years ago
Wade- uhh, NO!!!

Why...

Nice comment, anyways, those players you named can't be held in check by any one player. Thats why they're great. POINTLESS!
